I usually don't write reviews, however I am so disappointed in the service this taco bell has provided.Taco bell has now messed up my order twice in a row. Their first mistake was forgetting to put part of my order in the bag (cheesy gordita crunch box) and when I called them about it they said to return again to get it. Upon coming back and bringing the food home they once again forgotten part of my order. When I looked in the bag I only found one cheesy gordita crunch and one other taco so they were one taco short.
3 staff members that were making the food were on their personal phones with their food prep gloves on and didn't change gloves before going back to handling the food. One was even on this phone while working the line, had this phone on speaker in this hand talking to someone and making food at the same time while switching hands back and forth getting handfuls of cheese and lettuce!
Love taco bell it's my go to. Go get your fill up
Went to get the nacho bell grande, some tacos and burritos, it was all good.

You will probably get food poisoning eating here. Absolute waste of money.In the past year this place has gone bottoms up with service. Dry food, skimped out on food, wrong orders, rude workers, dirty restaurant, replacing fresh food with old food from the previous night. This was my favorite place for a bite for five years and now it’s not even laughable.
Pretty polite staff here, but when I come to this specific store I have to make sure to tell them no lettuce on any of the content on that order that I buy because I'll end up ordering a burrito and they'll give me a LETTUCITO.80%LETTUCE10%wrap5% meat5%cheese

This Taco Bell really shines at times, but the night shift has been very inconsistent for me. Often times my food is prepared wrong and more than once have I received dried out black beans and rice within my power bowl. The day shift is immaculate and always prepare high quality Taco Bell food. Due to the drastic laziness and misfires from it’s night crew, I cannot give this establishment higher than three stars.
I went through the driveway tonight and ordered 2 steak grilled cheese burritos, they instead gave me a chicken ranch grilled cheese burrito and a beef and frito chip grilled cheese burrito. They charged for the steak.
