Great service! Everyone is friendly and my order is always correct!
Walked inside as drive thru was super long.This has to be the filthiest Starbucks store I have ever seen. Only one bathroom was operating and I have been in cleaner gas station toilets. As I looked around the front of the store while waiting for my drink (gal at register had never heard of Doppio Macchiato) I couldn’t help but notice just how overall filthy everything was. Tables/ floors/ front of the bar area. Every thing. Won’t bother stopping here again. Gross
I totally love this place! The people here are super nice and the restaurant is super clean. The lines may be a little long but that's because everyone loves coming here. The only things that I could say that needs some changes is their app. I rely upon their app to order a head in the morning so I can get my drink before work. Many times the app is not working correctly and says that it is out of stuff when they're not. Sometimes we can't order a head because there's not enough people working to take the orders ahead. Everything else is amazing.
No low fat options like other Starbucks has suck as almond milk and no really strong suggestions from the he/she behind the counter plus the place lacked any personality. But one in huntsville rocked and turned me on to a low fat sugar free coffee that was so good unlike here ended throwing the coffee away because it was awful
Ashley with the sunflower mask and her attitude on 3/5/2022 around 0930hrs is why you have a one star. Please do not schedule Smashley in the mornings or let her know she should find a different job because you guys are ALWAYS busy in the AM. Waiting for 30mins for drinks still after getting out of the drive thru thinking it would be faster, it was 3-5mins before anyone ever addressed after walking in, and The two cars they were behind me and drive-through got their orders before me
You should let your employees know of the reduced hours. We just watched an employee walk up to go to work and she wasn’t aware the store was closed. She was reading the note on the door trying to call someone. The new hours are 500 am to 900 am. You should also update your hours on line. We happen to come by to get some coffee and it was closed. We witnessed this employee coming to work. Horrible way to treat your staff! Lots of people stopping by too.
Please avoid this Starbucks and go to another location if at all possible!!!!!! They are SO rude and terrible here!!!! I waited in line for 40 minutes for them to cut the drive thru line off at the car right in front of me…. 40 minutes and I could’ve driven to another location!!!!! I would’ve gone inside, but noticed they closed the doors early before the posted closing time, about 35 minutes before. Some people tried to walk inside and they had locked the doors. The manager was the one who said I couldn’t order and he was HORRIBLE. He laughed when I told him I’d been waiting in like for 40 minutes and said “that’s too bad”. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Please avoid this Starbucks!!!!!!!
Starbucks of the year award goes toooo…Literally the best Starbucks I have been to! Everybody is extremely nice, never had a drink I did not like, just love everything about them! <3
They need to expand the drive thru and parking here. It's a nightmare to navigate this Starbucks drive thru. The line forms sometimes around the back parking lot, which most of the time blocks the people trying to pull out of the drive thru after ordering. Also, I have had people pulling into Starbucks from the road and cut into line because it's hard to tell where the line begins.
This is the worst managed Starbucks in my experience.I called in an order for 4 coffee travelers the day before I needed them - was told you can’t call them in, can’t order on the app, you just have to wait on them.Finally spoke with a manager - he took the call in order.When I arrived to pick them up - they were not ready - they were not correct and they only provided 20 cups.In comparison - I ordered 20 dozen donuts from K-May and they were ready on time, just as I ordered and they helped me load them.Extremely disappointing from our local Starbucks.
