Best hospitality and delicious food! Fried okra, Turnip greens and black eyed peas were best ever! We’ll be back also was tempted by the red velvet cheesecake better get some when you go?
Super long day, and skipped lunch. Stopped by for supper on my way home from work. Not only was the food great, but service excellent too! Brought it to my car with a big smile. Love this place! I’ll surely be back.
Good food but call before you go if you don’t live nearby. Otherwise you will pull up on a Friday evening and see they are closed. Gas is too expensive to make unnecessary trips.
Was just there to get a to go lunch order through the drive through. They were friendly and the food was hot. Unfortunately that’s where the good ended. I got chicken fingers and fries. Everything was SO bland!! The fries had no salt, the chicken tasted like it was fried in either old grease or the same grease the fish was fried in. The 4 fingers, fries and a 16.9 oz soda was almost $10 and definitely NOT worth it. I should’ve gone to zaxbys instead.

I love Ramona Js so much - I always end up spending $50+ whenever I go. They have awesome customer service! If they mess something up - they strive to make it right! Never had food that tasted like it had been fried in old grease and it’s always been seasoned! But let me shine light on those candied bacon eggs!!!! Babyyyy I come from Decatur just to get them and they never make it back across the bridge with me. I love Ramona Js!

Stopped by for the first time since it was on my way to my next destination. Was greeted with a friendly atmosphere. I couldn't decide what to get so I ordered the special for that day, which was the country fried steak. I ordered the greens and mac n cheese. I also wanted to try the pound cake and the hostess told me about the strawberry pound cake so I ordered it. While waiting for the food she brought me the cake and told me to tell her if I liked it because it's new. I took a bite and was hooked. I ate half before I knew it.. lol. It was delicious. When my food arrived, I left and was getting in my car when I turned around and went back inside because I knew I needed another slice of cake. I told the hostess that cake will not last. By the time I made it home, I tried the other food and it good. The greens were seasoned and the mac was cheesy. The country fried steak was good also. I will definitely be be going back soon.
My wife and I ate here for the first time today. The food was fantastic, the food was hot, the food looked amazing, and customer service was excellent. We Will be repeating customers.
Ate here today for the first time. I had the hamburger steak with onions and no gravy, greens, and pinto beans. The food is so delicious! Great country cooking. The veggies are perfectly seasoned, and the meat tender and juicy. The corn muffin was good but a little grainy. However, the butter they brought me for the corn muffin was already melted. Split the corn muffin and poured the butter over both halves. Perfect. Cute atmosphere; clean inside. Lunch specials without a drink are $9. A little pricy, but that is true of everything else right now. The restaurant doesn’t carry any sweeteners, so if you drink your iced tea or coffee with an artificial sweetener, you’ll need to bring your own. Overall, a great experience! I’ll be back!
