I ordered the big plate. I was wondering if they would have my of my order ready as Decatur is usually short people and service sucks or they are out of menu items....I love Panda express and if ran correctly like the one in Plainfield Illinois. Anyway Athens had all my food except the beef and broccoli, 5 min. Wait time. Sobi waited and am disappointed again.
Food and service was good. Couldn't believe that one of the biggest Asian food restaurants was out of soy sauce!
We went by on Saturday at lunch & the door was locked with a sign saying only the drive through was open even though there were customers inside dining. We went to the drive through and tried to order but nothing that we wanted was available. I guess they don't actually sell whats on the menu. We left & will not be returning.
Very friendly employee greeted me and explained to me a order I made was spicy and had peanuts just making sure I didn’t have any allergies.Food was hot and fast and great prices.I got Kungpo Chicken and fried rice,the other order was orange chicken with white rice,extra orange chicken.
I don't eat Chinese food but my husband and daughter love it. We ordered a family meal for the 2 of them and it was a ton of food.
Food is always great. Speedy service. Always consistent. Love that it has a drive thru.Other reviewers need to realize most places are understaffed and doing the best they can to keep the doors open and to remain operational.Thanks to the hard working staff here.
Location told me that they don’t have any more rice and only make it once a day. I don’t see how that’s possible when every other location always has rice readily available. Maybe food cost saving strategy…. Food was average.
Picked up a Togo order. Looks like they put it in the bag with a shovel. The food was really very bad!! And I mean bad!!!! Shame! This was my first visit to any panda anywhere. Sad to say it will be my last!!
A guilty pleasure of mine. Everything on menu is good. My favorite is sweet fire chicken in a bowl on fried rice with spring roll. Always great food.
Not the best Panda Express I’ve been to, but also not the worst. When I went when they were still brand new, I’ll Give them another shot sometime soon and hopefully it will be better. I love that we are getting more options in Athens though.
