This restaurant and staff continues to get worse each visit, i will not be visiting or getting food from here! Fries have been cold and old tasting, chicken sandwiches taste like cardboard,so tuff you can't even chew it,horrible food,terrible customer service also. Very rude,unfriendly staff,they act as its a bother they have to take an order!
Wow!! We love McDonalds but tonight this was ridiculous. We get into the drive thru line at 8:56pm. We sit at the menu to place or order for 18 minutes. We place our order which went actually well. Once getting to window we paid and got our drinks (which were all wrong) we had to ask for straws. They handed us our Happy Meal, McFlurry and bag of food….(which one hamburger was not as we ordered but we had already driven away) We were short 2 fries we told the guy at the window we was missing 2 fries he said what size…..well it’s the ones that comes with the Nugget meal and Big Mac meal. He looked at us of course like we were tell a lie he argues with us for a second then he shuts the window and hands us a sack out the window (1med fry) we are still short a fry slams window comes back with another fry. He is not happy with us at all. It’s ok sir we were not happy with you either at 9:33 we finally drive away. Fast Food gone bad ?
McDonald's has terrible workers!! Stores are nasty!! Food looks like they picked it up off the floor The McDonald's in Athens Alabama was a big nasty. Dining room was a mess. Behind the counter were food is prepared looked like a case of food poisoning for sure. That area had not been cleain a while. Food was all over floor, prep area had food scattered all over it. The food on the prep area looked like it had been sitting uncleaned for sometime. The stainless steel had dried food stuck to it looks like it had not been cleaned in awhile. The workers were just standing behind the counter goofing off with the manager. Workers wanting to go home early leaving a filthy store!! What ever happened to IF YOU GOT TIME TO LEAN YOU GOT TIME TO CLEAN??? ATHENS WAS A BIG NASTY!!!!
My husband and I go to the drive thru at this McDonalds location on an almost daily basis to pick up some breakfast before work. The lady that most of the time runs the drive thru window is delightful. We've gone to this McDonalds so much that she knows our order by heart. She is very pleasant, and makes our experience at McDonalds so much more unjoyable.
Next time we will be going somewhere else that’s for sure. Can’t take 3 seperate orders when there only 1 car in the drive thru. Fingers must be hurting from typing in the first 2 orders for IT not to let us do 3 orders. Pure lazyness

Waited in drive-thru for 20 minutes. Food was cold, fries where very old and stale/cold. Once we finally got to the window, everyone was just playing around inside (no winder it took so long). The coke was out, pretty much carbonated water. The kid at the window refused to take it back and throw it out. We ended up going a couple exits down and getting Wendy's, thew all of the McDonald's in the trash. Complete waste of time and money. Won't ever go back to this store.
You have cashiers that do not know how to ring up orders when ppl are using the app.. if the app is supposed to entice ppl to come to McDonald's your cashiers should be able to correctly ring up an order
I love McDonald's breakfast but lately I have been getting the wrong food. I usually go to the one on 72 in Athens AL across from I65. I love the sausage McMuffin but they keep giving me an egg McMuffin and I am on my way to work so I usually can't turn around. So I started checking at drive thru window and still I got the wrong one. Training seems to be a little behind there. The same thing happened with the Big Mac. It's like someone is throwing the sandwich together because I have to look for the sauce and the middle bun is all over the place. It's even happening on the parkway as well. I hate to complain but the service is not as good anymore. I haven't been back in 2 weeks now. I usually go every day. Sorry McDonald's but your service is bad.
Good old Micky D's! I used their mobile app to order and pay. I barely came to a stop at the window to get my food. They had it hot and ready!
