I was told we would have a 20-25 minute wait. I put my name down and was more than happy to wait. I waited 40 minutes only to be told it would be at least another 15 minute wait. So a total of 55 minutes, literally 2-3 times our estimated wait time. I understand that it's Father's day and places are busy. If I was told to begin with our wait would have been an hour I would have planned accordingly or simply gone elsewhere. We won't be back.
We went here Saturday night to celebrate my youngest's 21st birthday and Mother's Day. The staff was amazing from the moment we stepped in the door. Jojo kept the drinks flowing and Nikki served them and the food perfectly! Shout out to the kitchen for the awesome food!! Everything was cooked and made to perfection. If I could give Gracie and her Logan's 10 stars I would. We will definitely be back!!BTW... Ask for Nikki she's phenomenal!! ❤❤
Everything was very good. Service was satisfying..very pleasant server. My steak was little over cooked but I didn't mind..I ate it anyway and enjoyed the whole meal.
First time at this location. The staff was excellent. We had drinks, deviled eggs, fillet, ribeye and more drinks. The deviled eggs are a new twist on deviled eggs I liked them. Both of us had salads as one of our two sides. Both the house and Caesar salads were large and excellent. The steaks were cooked to perfection. However my ribeye was seasoned better than her fillet. The only dissappointment was the green beans. They were over cooked, mushy and appear to be canned. Everything else was excellent. Now let's talk about the drinks. We tried the El patron, peach tea and the frozen black cherry lemonade. It's hard to find a favorite. They were all so good. Plus the beers were cold. I will come back.
Not am area that I visit often but I was up there for work and my team wanted to stop and get some lunch. Service was phenomenal. We were seated, had our drinks and our food order in fairly quickly. Also got our food in a decent amount of time as well. Everything was fresh and hot and I would absolutely visit this Logans again if I'm ever in the area. Highly recommend anyone traveling or even if you live around there to go and visit. 5 stars in my opinion. Great job Logan's people!
5 for my server bless her, her introduction was “hi welcome to Logan’s you can use me as a speed bump on the way out.” She was so sweet and deserves a lot more and girl if you’re reading this I hope you’re okay and having a better day!!As for the experience, we waited for roughly 30mins but it was a Sunday and packed. The food alone took over 2 hours to get to us, we had dirty silverware that had to be replaced twice, but when we got the food it was really good and you could tell it was fresh. Everyone was really sweet just not having a good time working there.
My husband and I both had steak. His was good, mine was tough. I couldn't hardly cut it with the knife.
Me and my winter guard team went to Athens Logans Roadhouse (16132 Athens-Limestone Blvd, Athens, AL 35611. Store number 0477) after our competition to celebrate. They were very accommodating to our group of 20. We had the best waiter Rodney Brown who made the experience even better. The food was great and the experience was overly awesome. The whole team agreed we will definitely come back.
I’ll start off by saying we weren’t going to give this location another chance, it’s been 3 years since we’ve eaten here because food and service was sub par compared to the huntsville location. The food was great, I had a NY strip medium rare (cooked beautifully), my husband had a burger and our little one had chicken tenders. Unfortunately the service is still laughable at this location. Our server (Rachel D) was too occupied rolling silverware to even check on us once after we received food. Luckily the server in closer proximity did stop once when I needed something. We will come back to this location but we will definitely ask for a different server if we get her again.
Terrible!! Worse experience I’ve ever had at Logans. I ordered my steak medium, which is a thin line of pink. My steak was served well done, dry and tasted like rubber. My mashed potatoes were cold and did not taste right. A new steak was cooked for me and brought to me in a to go box after my family was done eating. I sat there with my cold potatoes and dry steak. At that point I was so frustrated I didn’t even want it. I was charged full price and did not even eat. The service was not great. No apologies for the terrible food. $70 bill and food was GROSS!
