All the employees seem like every little thing you ask them bothers them. I saw them throwing customers ready food around and if you're looking for hot and ready definitely don't come to this location I've NEVER come in and had been able to leave in under 20 minutes. I have been coming to this location for years but the last couple months the store has gotten significantly worse.
Received great service from a man named Jordan, great experience and would recommend coming for a hot and ready pizza!
Around Christmas, I ordered online. Somehow, the transaction locked my debit card. Last month, I called in an order, since I'm not doing an online order anymore. Called at 2 pm for a 5pm pickup. My pizzas were made at 2 and held for 3 hours. Tried calling at 5 today, hoping for a 5:15 pickup. No answer. Then a half hour wait? Never again. I'll pay more for anything other than this.
Probably the cheapest, best pizza around! I've been eating Little Caesars since the company started in Michigan!
Ordered deep-dish meat lovers which shows 11.00 on your website. But your store charged me 9.00 plus 7.96 for topping. When I asked them I was told that's what it cost. They didn't even get my deep-dish pepperoni pizza after they read order back gave me a 5.00 reg pepperoni pizza. Staff was unhelpful. Will not be coming back to this store.
These folks used to be decent, but last 3 tries for “hot and ready” they have none and tell me 29 minute wait. No thank you, kinda misses the point of “hot and ready”.
Wasted $38 on our order tonight. Ordered two pizzas and they only delivered one. And the one pizza we did receive was burned to a crisp and arrived cold. The crazy bread was extremely greasy. Very disappointed. This was not the first time either. I know everyone is short staffed but that is no excuse to deliver inedible food. Quality Control and Customer Service are still key to running a restaurant and keeping customers.

Yesterday my wife called 5 times and no answer and ended up placing a online order. Finally went to pick up my order and didn't even get what I wanted. I asked for a manager and they told me that he was on break. Waited 10 minutes or so and finally got to talk to him. We ended up getting the order fixed but it was so hard communicating with him due to how stoned he was. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MANAGER SO HIGH IN THE WORK PLACE. I will never eat from there again. EVER.
