Had to try it never heard of it before. Thought try it out being from out of state. Good food for sure!! So much better than McDonald's or Burger King!!
How do you allow yourself to run out of fries?! I had just left the Jack's on 31, because they ran out of chicken tenders, so I called the 72 location, and I asked the person on the phone if they had them. She said "Yes..?" in a confused manner, which is odd, considering they obviously allow themselves to run out of fries (the main side at any chain food restaurant).
Horrible front counter service the woman was rude to my family and the veteran behind me she had an attitude when he asked for a military discount.I work customer service and this is unacceptable there’s just a bad energy in this store no one is happy I would advise some type of plan to have happy people in the industry please do better
Would be 5 stars but they've not been seasoning their fries over the last year or so.
Great staff, great service, great sandwich, fairly priced. French fries are like eating a sliced baked potato. Would visit again because of absolutely professional and courteous staff.
Service was super slow. Went inside to order because drive thru was backed up. Took 30 minutes to get a biscuit. When we got our food it was cold and tasted like old grease.
Very nice polite employees however the gentleman at the drive up couldnt seem to get my order right.
The food is okay, but good if your really hungry and can't get to anything else.
Went thru the drive thru window. Good service fast and efficient. The Big Jack is the best thing on their menu.
We ate in the dining room today and it was absolutely filthy. The floors were disgustingly dirty with old black dirt caked on the floors. The tables and booths were dirty as well. The doors were filthy with old hand marks. It really makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is!
