Visited this location for lunch today. Ordered a grilled chicken BLT salad, two large fries, a sweet tea and a mocha iced coffee. Got to the window and got our drinks with no straws. Paid with a card, and waited. Another employee then opened the window and asked us to pay a different amount, I’m assuming for the car behind us. We informed her that we had already paid. They gave us the bag and we had to ask for our straws. As we pull away thinking they couldn’t possibly mess up such a simple order, I realized they forgot the two large fries altogether. So my husband parked the car and went inside with the receipt, and the employee said he could have sworn he gave us the fries. So my husband then asked him if he would like to come out and check our vehicle. They gave him the fries.The salad was pretty good, much better portions than the last time I ordered one. The fries however were hot but they were a bit soggy like they hadn’t been cooked long enough. The sweet tea tasted funky and my iced coffee tasted like it had a full two cups of sugar in it so neither of us could even drink our drinks. I probably won’t go back for a while.

This Jacks is horrible. Pulled up one evening to get a burger. There wasn’t any customers dining inside and only one car in front of me at the drive thru. They asked the car in front of me to pull forward to wait on their food. I get to the window and pay then they ask me to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food. There wasn’t anyone behind me and I only ordered a couple of burgers. I looked at the male employee with a confused look and he seemed irritated and didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. He was too busy cutting up with the other employees. So I pull to a parking space to wait. They finally come out with my order but they left out one of the burgers I ordered. This location has been heading downhill for a whiles.
The food was alright. But this time I came during lunch hours, so it was hot and fresh. But the lady working the window clearly did not want her job. She had approximately no customer service skills. Wouldn't look at me, or respond at all when I thanked her. Looked bothered when I asked for a fork. Seriously, if u have someone working with the public, they don't need to act like they snack on paint chips.
Breakfast packed upside down. Gravy all over everything even the container and the bag. Thanks to whoever was working the window on 3-19-22 at 7:30 am. You just lost a customer.
I typically go through the drive thru and grab a steak and biscuit. Their biscuits have never disappointed. However, my last visit wasn't the best one. There was a long line for the drive thru, but I decided to brave it anyways. I made my way to the window rather quickly, and was asked to pull forward for them to bring my order out to me. I thought, no big deal, they've been pretty fast to this point. However, I waited another 10mins after I pulled forward before they brought my food at. All I ordered was one steak and biscuit. Five cars behind me received their food at the window and we're on their way. A couple of those vehicles had two bags of food with drinks. I couldn't believe that my one steak and biscuit took longer than everyone else's order. That is my reason for the 4-star instead of 5. The reason I didn't go any lower is because I have been to this Jacks a number of times and the food has always been hot, fresh, and quick to get out.
Have had better at other Jacks..seemed not fresh,older meat..upset stomach after. 2 Chicken dinners, 3 piece with veg..
This place is terrible. Waited forever for food and the fries were old and cold. There was a child maybe 3-4 years old in the kitchen area unattended. The whole place was messy and the staff acted like they did not care. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
They are rude and messed up 2 orders. On both orders they didn't give us what we ordered and then a Manger told us that one item wasn't rung up and we had to go back to the drive thru and reorder what we had already ordered and had to pay again. They said one item wasn't rung up but they gave us the drink that was ordered with it. Highly suggest going someplace else to eat.
One of the better fast food options in Alabama.
