We went to the IHOP in Huntsville for breakfast this morning & our waiter was so sweet! His name was Wycliffe & he had such a great personality. We never had to look for him but he wasn’t constantly there either. He was just very attentive & every time he came over to our table he looked so happy. These days are hard & im sure it’s not easy to put your troubles on the back burner but he made us feel like he didn’t have any problems. We were his main concern & I hope he gets some recognition for doing such a wonderful job!!!!!
The food was excellent and hot for the Farm Breakfast. The bacon was a little Crunchy with very little taste. We split the meal...enough food for 3 or 4 people for one meal.
Pretty quick and good breakfast, maybe a little work on the happy face lol, 5 year old was quick to compare it to the picture on the wall.. nose is on the forehead..
I did not like my visit to IHOP I'm going to tell you exactly why first of all I waited so long to be seated and me standing there seeing that seats were available makes no sense they should do it old school way first they should say good morning and lead you to a seat and then let you have a few minutes while they help other guests to their seats to figure out what you want to eat and I don't mean leave you there and go play in their phone in the back I waited so long for a see I eventually left I'm trying to figure out where did we lose contact with reality when you go into a business they don't even say good morning how are you to me that's just good business when I got to IHOP and greeted the person at the desk I had to say good morning to them and I'm the paying customer let's change that
Would I say this was a good restaurant, yes, but that would be an understatement. This ihop is honestly one of the best iHops I've ever been too, it competes with some of the higher end restaurants here, which I never thought I'd say. The waiter took our orders without writing it down and had it correct down to the T and the food was fantastic. Above and beyond on quality of food and service. Absolutely would recommend.
The waitress was very nice and kept our tea glasses filled ...the food was really good ...
Great meal and wonderful staff. Please be patient with them. They are short staffed and working really hard to serve you.
Food was real good but the best Parr was the server and staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
Just left Ihop and I have to say what amazing change with management and waitresses. We had the best service ever. We had not gone there in a long time because of the poor service before. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive to us. Thank you IHOP
Someone was so kind to pay for our meal and we had no idea. Our server never came back to our table even after I reminded her we needed items and would re remind her so politely. Never once got a refill and my chicken wasn't even cooked all the way so I didn't eat it and it just sat there while I waited on her to come back. I am an understanding person so I simply went to the front at checkout to let her know unfortunately she never came back etc so I could tell her my chicken wasn't cooked and if she could please take that off the ticket ( as I didn't even eat it because when I broke it open to dip it in sauce I saw it wasn't done ) If she would have came back around I would have let her know and to remake it because I understand mistakes happen. Anyway she looked at me and said " oh yeah someone paid for your meal already. " Poor service. Just because someone paid for our meal already she basically didn't acknowledge us anymore. ? Eh. So guess the man paid for our non existent service. That was nice but I would rather have paid for our meal if it would have gotten us service. ??? This happened a little while back , just got a Google notification to leave a review. ? Havnt been back since .
