Store# 1501332 Cashier Jessica (Order # 305772)I spent $10 on cold hard fries and a old hard chicken sandwich!! I went thru the drive thru, I was the only customer in line so you would think I would get FRESH HOT FOOD!! I was even grateful for the fast service UNTIL I GOT HOME! This was a horrible experience after a long day. NEVER AGAIN!
Decided to give this Hardee’s another shot after a negative experience kept me away for a while. I have to say the customer service & quality has been a lot better the last couple of times I’ve gone. Hopefully it stays that way.
5:28 pm Thursday march 10 I ordered a big cheeseburger meal & coke to drink these mfs gave me a super mini sweet tea I hate tea ? how df u get tea mixed up wit coke
Stopped by for breakfast this morning dreading the drive thru line and I was impressed with how fast and smooth the experience was. Food was hot and fresh ! The workers and manager also had a positive attitude! Please consider giving these employees and management a raise. They definitely deserve it!
Excellent friendly service. Some menu items are better than others. Breakfast is always a win, as well as the mushroom swiss burger. The other items are very hit or miss.

They was going to get five stars because the food was fresh and hot but they didn't give me any napkins so the five stars drop to three but other than that good fresh food keep up thanks ?
Food cold. People are freindly but Hardee's canr seem to find itself...... have been going down for years.... my guess is management is just not trained well.
