Went in at a slow time on a Saturday afternoon. None of the workers acknowledged our group of 9. After 10 minutes or so, we asked if anyone was working the front desk. We were rudely told they’d be with us shortly. After a little while longer with nobody saying anything, we just walked out.I’d go somewhere else for sure.
My sister in law and I went through the drive thru. We waited for 3 or more 5 minutes before a guy finally came over the speaker. We could hear inside a couple of times. She tried saying hello but no answer. He wasn't very helpful in answering our couple of questions.
This is the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if you drive through or walk in. You're guaranteed to wait for a good 15-20 minutes to even order. There is always staff so that can't be a reason. I've walked in before after waiting in a line for 15 minutes and there has been 5 people working. No hustle to get anything done, just taking their time and talking. Management should really figure out why only 1- 2 orders are taken at a time.
Went into DD to grab a drink and donuts for my godsons birthday gathering. Absolutely NO donuts, seriously??? What is a DD with donuts?? The 2 young kids working acted like it's no big deal.
3 cars in line including me each person had to wait at least 5 mins or long to be able to order. I decided to pull out and go in the store because I waited at least 10 mins to get anywhere in line and then put on hold to order. I go inside and there is one other customer and at least 5 employees. No excuses for taking that long. It was dead there. Spent at least 20 minutes upon arrival to getting my order. No rush happening on any end. Got my sandwich cold but thankfully my drive was short and I had a microwave to bring my sandwich to a reasonable temperature.
Enjoyed talking to the two men working tonight. They were friendly and the food was very good. We had a nice break on our trip back to Kentucky.
I have almost given up on DD in North Alabama but this one gives me hope! Just went through the drive thru at 11:15am and from the person taking my order to watching the young lady making my beverage (she actually took the time to stir it properly) it was a 5 star experience! Great job!
I love dunkin donuts. This particular Dunkin does have a moderately high turnover rate ive noticed, and sometimes has technical issues with their computers, but you can still order online which take like 2 minutes and you get rewards and they can make it!. The donuts sell fast and the menu is usually only out of 1 or maybe 2 items every now and then. Customer service and Drive through manners are great! Really good listeners and good communication from the team. Plus, the prices and online rewards are amazing compared to starbucks!
The quality of food was good, but they have discontinued some of my favorite doughnuts. Service is ok, not great.
I've personally liked having dunkin in athens, and with the pandemic and the whole world being understaffed and over worked this dunkin has still pulled through!! I've worked in restaurants for over 6 years so i respect places like this!! I wish more people would understand mistakes happen and the whole world is struggling!! Saying that to say this me and my husband went sunday January 1, 2022 around 930ish am and the lady who took our order Heather didn't miss a beat was so sweet had the nicest voice and when we pulled up to get our order she was definitely multitasking she was taking orders making orders and training and still did 1000% !!!!! Y'all definitely did great hiring her !!!!!
