We have ordered from Dominos many times! But NEVER AGAIN after tonight. We ordered pizza, pasta, and salad for Delivery around 8 pm. The order showed being inspected at 8:59 pm an hr. Later it was still not on the way. We called talked to one employee who cut us off and gave the phone to another employee Ashley I told her what had happened and said if the food was cold when it got here we would send it back with the driver. She got ugly and started yelling" what did you say" and gave it to the manager Zack. We explained the situation to him told him the same thing he began to whine about being short handed, told me he wouldn't give us a refund, and didn't have to listen to us and slammed the phone down!!! No one Wants to pay 40$ for cold, old, Pizza!!! A a paying customer it is not our problem or responsibility for your lack of staffing it is the managers job to communicate when there is a problem delivering an order!!!
I do love this place, but last time I had called I was told y'all were no longer doing the pasta. I called today and there was no problem with it. You have a female worker there that is lying to customers so that she doesn't have to do her job.
We ordered from there tonight, and have many times. While the food was terrible compared to previous orders, I do have to say their employee Ashley is beyond nice! After receiving their survey she reached out to apologize and wanted to make things right. As a retail manager myself I have to say that their customer service skills are fantastic. That alone makes me seriously consider recruiting her!
I had a on-line gift card and the guy running the cash register had no idea how to use it. The cook took her time being the only one there cooking to come over and help. Really appreciated it!! ?
I won't ever go to that Domino's in Athens Alabama again management was real rude to help her at the register was real rude when I asked for some Parmesan cheese and some peppers to go on a large pizza and then wanted to charge $3.59 for a 2 L Coke wouldn't take my order at the window wanted me to come inside called on the phone and they wouldn't answer and I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru window poor service $18 for a large pizza half pepperoni and half supreme only eat there again
This is one of the busiest Dominos pizza you'll find. However they always hustle and deliver (usually) on time. Good pizza.
Loved ordering from here cause it was convenient since I can’t drive anywhere, however, recently i made a call and they said they don’t deliver here anymore. My buddy got his delivery in the same area last Wednesday which means it’s a recent change. If you’re ordering from Swan Creek Trailer Park, be prepared for a “meet up” or just do carry out to save yourself some disappointment. A let down for sure, especially when you can’t go anywhere & this was one of the only food establishments that delivered out here, too.
I messed up my order on line and did not get it placed correctly. When I got to the store they helped me replace it and I had my two large pizzas within 10 minutes. In addition, the staff was very friendly. Pizzas were good too!
love dominos and I always order from the one in Athens Alabama. My order is always ready on time. And the people that work there are always friendly.
Ordered our family dinner at 6:15 and it is now 8:16 I have been trying to call to get a refund and no answer. Sheesh did everyone quit all at once? I don't blame ya , but I want my money back . ? on hold as we speak, but about to give up and drive down to see a " we all quit sign. " UPDATEEE;; VERY Understaffed & nice employees & the management is awesome ?? dear dominoes, give them a livable wage and I'm sure you could hire more people.
