This is my first time going to Chipotle and I absolutely loved it. I got the burrito bowl with grilled chicken beans and rice and salsa... The staff was super helpful they answered all my questions and was quick to serve me and they did it with a smile.....
The cashier argued with us about the items we bought online and nearly refused to give them to us, then proceeded to try to charge us for items WE ALREADY PURCHASED. Even after showing them the receipt and the ticket that was physically on the food, they still argued with us. This happens almost every time we go here and it’s ridiculous.
We've been eating at Chipotle for 10+ years. Mostly in Austin, TX. Today while visiting my inlaws in Athens, AL, we suggested Chipotle for dinner. Me and my father-in-law got "steak bowls". The "gristle" (it was NOT steak) was inedible and horrible. Luckily we didn't choke on it! This was the WORST Chipotle experience I've ever had!!! Since we had the order 'to go', I tried to call the restaurant and complain...it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a person on the phone (but you can damn sure place an order)! So I went back to the restaurant to show them the gristle (see picture). The 'manager' said "I'm sorry". Well, please believe all the 1-star reviews! This Chipotle location SUCKS, and the staff doesn't give a damn! Good riddance!
The food is so good here! Love it. Fresh and seasoned to perfection. It's a once a week stop for me. Gotta have it. Service is decent too.
Wouldn't make a special trip to go to this restaurant. We went for lunch and they were out of most of the items you can put in your burrito especially the queso!! And upon leaving we found put that the drive thru had queso and all the rest of the fixings!!
Lettuce was brown and old, and steak was cold.Impossible to get a manager on the phone, to avoid leaving well deserved poor review. chipotle is not supposed to reuse steak the next day (according to their national website) however we received “cold steak” in our meals clearly it came out of a refrigerator, and not the freshly cooked for the day.$50 bucks wasted.
The manager was super rude. She tried to tell me the any salsa would cost extra and the drink fountain was “out of order” just so they could charge extra for the bottled drinks. The drink machine worked perfectly fine. I also got a side of chips and queso that I paid almost $4 for and they cleave me a kids chip and tiny little cup of queso. I will go out of my way to drive to Madison before ever coming back to this chipotle.
I had a bowl yesterday for lunch. I had points to use so it was almost free! Their chicken bowles are so good. They online order process is easy and simple to use. The order was ready at the pick up window at the assigned time. The staff member was friendly as she greeted me and handed me my food. Man, that stuff is good.
We finally decided to try the local (Athens, AL) Chipotle because 1) I love Chipotle and 2) it’s been in operation now for a while. The young girl serving us was less than thrilled to be there, but hey everyone has a bad day. I was shocked at the total of $30 for two meals and one drink, but hey inflation, it’s really enough food for two meals each, and we probably won’t come here often even if it’s delicious. Then, we leave and go home to eat. Wow. The tea was sour. The chips were SO stale, the rice was still crunchy, and the burrito was completely soggy from the juice wrapped into the foil (we did actually see her specifically cup the foil to retain all the oozing juice while wrapping the burrito). Let’s just say the bulk of the meal was trashed. Needless to say, I have zero intention to ever go back to this store. Next time we will go to the local Mexican restaurant where the meal is way better and cheaper!
Really good. Sometimes the rice is undercooked at Chipotles - but not this one or this time. Really quick service and great food.If I'm ever in a hurry, I ALWAYS pre-order on my phone. It is waiting for me on the shelf EVERY TIME when I arrive. This always allows me to not have to skip a meal if time is crunched.And I love having a restaurant around with fresh ingredients that meet all my dietary restrictions.
