This is the worst chick fil a in the world every time I go it's a bad experience I stopped getting fries because they are always cold, lettuce in the salads are stompy so I order just a lemonade and just an 8 count chicken nugget how can you mess up an 8 count and a lemonade well they managed the nuggets were old and disgusting and lemonade full of pulp I will not be back I will drive 20 minutes to MADISON!
It was a very busy weekend day when we visited. I placed an online order and I had to wait but I got to watch a very organized group work in this store. They were all very pleasant and smiling. It was truly great to see. Our food was hot and delicious as always.
Regular stop when driving through area. Not far off highway 65, use app to order, pickup through drive through lane. Great food and friendly service!
Awful! Got food to go but realized only after I drove off that bag was wet—result was soggy food! And fries tasted burnt. 2nd bad experience here recently -I would not recommend.
Never had issues with my order when I have visited. Best customer service is what you can expect at Chick-fil-A.
Always a great experience and super fast service.Have ya'll tried their salads? I was very pleasantly surprised! There was one for my taste and my husband's. I got the "market", and he got the "southwest".I got mine and kinda cringed when I saw strawberries and blueberries in there. But don't knock it til ya try it! It's now one of my top 2 favorite salads!
Super nice employees and fast service. When I had to drive back up there from home because a sandwich was missing from my order, they gave me an order of fries on the house.
Hands down one of the best Chick-Fil-A's in the area. They seem to employ more mature (older) employees than other Chick-Fil-A's in North Alabama and as a result, their efficiency is spectacular. When given a choice between this one and the ones in Madison County, I always choose this one in Athens.
