I ordered the family pack if 10 fish.Waited for order while watching 5 people ordered and left. I didn't check my order, mistake.I ate a piece of fish on way home. I could not believe it was fish.. it tasted like chicken , but it was fried to death, flat and tasteless. I'm very disappointed. It will be awhile before I go back.Also they only honor senior discounts on Saturday and Wednesday. Bummer
Placed order online. Arrived at specified time and order had been given to someone else. After seeing 2/3 other orders being filled asked where was mine. They are cooking fish- asked what was in the other orders - fish! Oh they forgot about yours- finally received my order. Fish looked like it had already been bitten into and baked potato was brown on inside!Terrible food and service!
Well i always come here and get me a meal the batter dipped fish and my son gets shrimp and okra...well tonight. We ordered and just happened to check the bag in the car and it wasnt the fish i ordered...i went back in and told the lady and she said oh we are out of batter dipped fish we are using this other kind i said well ok can i have my money bac she seemed ok then told me i was the only that complained that day about it..im like ok well i ordered a certain kind of fish and i didnt like what they gave me i even callled on the phone and ordered and wasnt told about it..if they had of told me about it ahead of time i could of ordered something else...my thing is i ordered and wanted a certain thing and was made to feel bad because i got my money back...

I went to this place 4-7-22 at about 6:15pm I got a 4 piece fish meal last night it seemed ok and good but then I woke up at around 5am 4-8-22 with food poison. I have been vomiting all day... I even had to come to the hospital because the pain in my stomach is so bad.
Just wanted to brag on your restaurant because I always order online & pickup and order is always correct & always hot. Seems like other restaurants are bad about getting the two go customers orders wrong. Nothing worse than getting to work & your order being wrong. Great job Athens store.
Nice clean restaurant and nice clean employees and they know what I want everytime I go and the cook does a great job on cooking and preparing the fish think his name is Danny Cowan he sure knows how to cook good meals it's my favorite restaurant to eat . Great job cooks . From Mary lewis
Great fried Shrimp and hush puppies. Corn on the cob is the best. Coleslaw I always have.
Food was great. But a little high for what you get. But with prices consistently rising I guess that's expected.
Their fish sticks are crunchy and overall great In my opinion but it was so greasy that I could make a rusted bike not squeak because of how much Grease there was .
