Burger King needs to admire the workers that are there. The workers now do not enjoy working for Burger King and it is reflected on the drive thru. The workers now do not care if they upset the customer. I tried to explain the difference and they didn't care. Very poor Customer service!! The more times people are unhappy the more Burger King will be marked. Just so you know.

Terrible service. Today it took 14 minutes to get 2 meals in a bag and handed to us. Nobody wanted to wait on us. Employees was either on phone or telling tales to each other. After order was taken burgers came to server where they sat for another 5 minutes and we were the ONLY customers in there. Finally when it was bagged it was barely warm and who knows how long fries had been sitting under heat lamp. Terrible service, very unprofessional and disrespectful.

If you like cold/stale/burnt breakfast food in the morning, this is the Burger King for you! I tried to give them a second chance and came back again the next day but again the hash browns were cold, And even worse this time they were burnt like they had been sitting in the grease for too long and they tasted really bad. The ice coffee was all cream no coffee. The croissant sandwich was decent but nothing to write home about. For $7 a pop, I would expect that my hash brows at least be warm instead of cold and burnt at the same time.

My favorite place for breakfast (can't beat the croissan'wich) and for burgers (can't beat the Whopper). The pandemic has surely affected their service. How about on my last visit, I ordered a Whopper with cheese, and I got a cheeseburger?! It had no lettuce, no tomato, no onion! If they were out, why did they not just tell me? Or, what a BIG mistake! They didn't make an error in the charge, however! I paid for a Whopper with cheese!!

1/9/2022 - Not sure if it's normal at this location, but the service was terrible. After waiting in the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody taking the order of the person in front of me, I went in. An unfriendly lady took my order inside. She looked mad. Plenty of workers standing around doing nothing while customers were complaining about them being out of ice. Several customers waiting for orders and nobody was bagging orders. Finally someone came over and gave me my order. Still no ice. However, the food was good.

Guaranteed to be the slowest drive thru experience in the city. The competition across the road is clearly the better option now days. Avoid this burger king at all cost. Heck your forced to. 30 minute drive thru time over and over time and time again for the past 2 years is ridiculous. The new manager has not done a well job for years.

WOW, the employee working the front is rude. Absolutely would not acknowledge my presence. Wasn't wearing a name tag, so can't identify him.

Horrible service! I was only person in drive thru and it wasn't busy inside either! I sat at speaker over 10 minutes I even asked if anyone was there and she told me wait few moments! I stayed polite, well 7 minutes later still at speaker so I asked if she was there; I get nothing at all not answer for 5min later. Now my patience is gone so I asked if they needed help in there since I was only person there until I paid for my nasty food and there were 6cars behind me now and the woman working if you hate your job that bad!! They hiring everywhere I go every DG almost every fast food place are hiring I will not be returning to Burger King on 72w before Lindsey ln

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through, and saw only one vehicle get served. No cars in the parking lot, so I know they were not filling orders inside. Finally I left, without even ordering. Save your time and keep heading down the interstate to get food.

So glad to know that the lobby closes by 8pm. Wish we would have known before hand or it be posted somewhere. Also wish that they would do multiple orders per car through the drive thru like the other stores do
