These people right here was totally terrific perfect personality and I forget the lady that served me I had to wait at the ordering box a little while but the lady that served me was so professional unlike a lot of other places I've been she came on the box and said can you wait just a few minutes first she greeted me and said if I didn't mind it'll be a few minutes there short-handed but she was so professional and so kind thank you so much for making that experience for me beautiful

Service, or people who are really trying is what I'm looking for now. I ALWAYS check the bag, but a smile and a "Have a good day" will always take the sting out of having to ask for the BBQ sauce I didn't get.
Slowest fast food I've ever seen waited an hour in the drive thru behind 4 vehicles. Just to get my sandwich which I ordered and paid extra for cheese and it didn't have cheese.
My food was fine. But the place it self need cleaning. The tables floors back behind counter stuff wiped down. I was only one in there an they could come an cleaned it up filled the drink machine. All coke favors was out. Coke machine could be wiped down. When I worked at a place I kept every thing stock an I empty trash cleaned. Up stuff. .dirty. Sorry leave it but. If you not busy get some one clean
Absolutely horrible service. Rude, incompetent and lazy employees who will leave you sitting in the drive through until you drive off. You're better off eating out of a garbage can than going here.
Day time staff is great... Night time staff is terrible... poor manager was doing all she could to run it and the kitchen staff was disrespectful and nasty. One of the kitchen staff was asked to pull his pants up because he was showing his backside and he told the manager no and continued somewhat doing his job!!! In my opinion he should had been fired on the spot. He was also disrespectful to another customer. Will not be back in the evening time. I'll just wait for the other location to open back up...
This was my first time visiting the Burger King in Athens, AL but as it's come to be expected the service was good and the food was simply delicious ?! I ordered the easiest combo of all the Whopper meal with cheese. Having said that it is the Whopper is the one sandwich that no Burger King should not be perfect when ordered and in this day I can say it was perfect. Love the B.K. Lounge in Athens....
Worst Burger King on the planet! Poorly ran, confused employees who don’t give a rip about doing their job and the food is horrible to boot. Will never visit this location again and has put a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) about going to BK at any location. BK corporate do something about this place or just tear it down and sell the land so it can be put to good use!
Service terrible, prices outrageous, unit was filthy behind the counter and dining area. Will never be back.
