Food was great, quick service, nice waiter, atmosphere wasn't bad either rather peaceful even though it's a sports bar, Only reason I give three stars order was wrong even though I repeated 3 times, and the waitress although very kind was actually a little to kind and kept coming over and talking about every 5 min and just kept talking. It was hard to just have a family meal because of it. Which maybe she was new Idk last I downloaded their app and your supposed to get ten dollars of when u scan qr code or punch it in after you get your receipt and it did not work said the code was invalid and it said the same when scanning the qr code. I did it serval times no luck. Other than these things the food was good.
This place usually draws a large crowd. Service was a little slow*. However, the waitress was attentive to us. The onion rings was lightly breaded and very good. The wings were well season.
Consistently the absolute slowest BWW I have ever seen and I have eaten at a bunch of them over the years. I don’t know why I go back hoping it will be better. The staff is friendly and it’s a great place to grab a drink at the bar but if you want food forget it. It’s so convenient to my house it’s a shame.
We called in got the 20 piece wings and some other items. The girl that took order was great when we got there, she had our whole order ready, and we was back on the road in 5 minutes. We highly recommend
I went for an interview and had the privilege of speaking with the GM for my interview. He was attentive, kind, and courteous. The restaurant was clean and you could see the customers being attended to. I never heard back from them but I’d recommend this place for a fun dining experience.
I normally do not post reviews, but after the third time at this location I felt it was necessary. Terrible service, wait time, and after waiting 45 minutes for our food it came out REHEATED and dry. Would not recommend this location and we will not be back. Normally I would write off a bad experience as a fluke but this was our third try in a year and it has always been the same. Waste of time and money.
We called in our order, then still had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food. Got home with it and our cheeseburgers were actually chicken sandwiches. Disappointed by the wait and the error; moreover, since this restaurant opened in Athens, we have never once had a good experience there. Always slow, usually wrong. Horribly mismanaged from the get-go. We were so excited to get a Buffalo Wild Wings! It has been a disappointment, overall.
Reluctantly decided to try this location again because we do love BWW. I have to say that there have been significant improvements! The staff was great, professional and helpful. The environment was clean. I'm pleasantly surprised with the responsive owner in improving the experience here. Will definitely be back. (Went from a several year streak of 2 stars to 5)
Ordered a 15/15 piece boneless and traditional. The traditional wings were literally bare. Like no sauce what so ever. We picked the order up (sadly without looking) to find out they left out the carrots, celery, and fries that are supposed to come with the 15/15. I love BWW but this location sucks. From now on I will just order from the BWW near Madison.
