Arby's what has happened you have always been my number one favorite fast food place. And I normally have amazing experiences here as well as amazing food but two times in a row now I've had to wait several minutes in the Drive-Thru line which is fine I'm actually in this business as well so I completely understand the weight but both times when I got my order my fries were cold and that is just completely unacceptable especially if you're making customers wait the fries should be hot fresh and delicious very disappointed. I'll definitely be back, but want you to be aware, its a thing.
I love Arby's but the last few times I've went have been not great. There's always a super long line, long wait time, and they were out of cheese sauce, as well as I had a mint shake and it was so minty, like frozen toothpaste. My grandmother also found something not edible in her food not that long ago. Just not as impressed with the Athens Arby's. 5/10
Very inconsistent. Can get the same food 3 times and it will be different everytime.
The mac & cheese is good. I asked if I could swap out the curly fries for it and they said yes along with a shake vs fountain drink with my meal.
Had a take out order and 2 large fries looked like 2 smalls. If you take out, check your food before you leave so you don't get cheated.
We got the big Arbies original and loved it 5 minutes. From hospital and we ate there several times during my wife's stay
Went there earlier. Sat at the speaker for at least 30 seconds before the worker rudely answered and said "what's your order". So I tell her my order and drive to the window. No other cars in line or customers in store. Then I get told it will be a few minutes on my food. No big deal. But then I get home and open my sandwich and they only put enough roast beef on it to cover half the bun. Ridiculous. Terrible service and improperly made food. Thanks Arbys!
Dumbest people in the fast food industry. Went 2 times, first time I asked for extra kefchup and arby sauce. Got 2 of each. Second time I explained the issue with tje first purchase. I asked for extra arby sauce and extra ketchup again. I got lots of Arby sauce great! No ketchup!!!! a bunch of Horsey sauce which I hate.
I think it's love this place always have what I want and That Girl Samantha that works the window is the best ever very respectful
