Was really sad about my order last night. We have ordered from here tons of times. They said the food would be on its way. At the 1 hour waiting mark I called the store to be told it had left over 5 minutes ago and would be here within 5 minutes. Then called back again at an hour and 10 minutes they said they would try to call the driver. The food showed up 20 minutes later. No offer for a discount from the store when I had to call 3 times total. They couldn’t even get ahold of their driver to see what happened so I sat here waiting. Finally got the food and the chicken in the teriyaki was rock hard. My husband never complains about food and he stopped eating and asked me to make him something else we paid 40$ for an order of garbage and ended up cooking macaroni. Very very disappointed as I have been a long term customer.
We had a unpleasant experience with ordering Wok Box for delivery that turned out very well in the end. The courier who delivered our supper from Wok Box when questioned regarding the hour wait time for our food became angry. Still holding the food. Shouting he is done, amongst angrily rambling, stomping away, and proceeding to remain parked @ house for a length of time. Scary.We contacted. the staff @ Wok Box who called the courier, & handled the situation with grace. Even got the driver to leave.They promised free meals. Next time we come in.2 weeks later I went in & as promised both. meals were free with a apology. We never intially paid for our order. Very good customer service.
YUUUP! This is the place to go if you're looking for excellent customer service, hot food, fast service and a clean environment. We got free spring rolls with our meal, the food is just amazing here. This is by far my favorite place to eat.
Food is good, staff are friendly and welcoming! The store, however, needs a good clean especially the glass panels near the cooking area and the store windows it looks as if it was wiped with a dirty cloth there are grease/streak marks all throughout. Store needs more attention to cleanliness and tidyness otherwise everything else is good!
It’s time to park my pen — the food is fresh and undoubtedly good — thats the reason why I keep coming back on this location. The staff are all accommodating and friendly. The tables, restroom and work area where they prepare the food are clean.My overall experience is above and beyond! Keep up the good work ??Kudos!
I come to eat lunch at this restaurant once a week. The staff treat me over the top well considering they see me frequently which I appreciate.Service is consistent and I will continue to eat here.I would recommend this lunch spot to anyone.

I really want to like wok box. They have good sauces and fresh food. But paying 12 dollars for a bowl full of rice with a very small amount of protein and vegetables is ridiculous. The last time I was in, I got the Mongolian Beef and broccoli. The staff was rude and curt. They didn't put the sauce on my dish and I only got 4 small pieces of meat. For the price I paid I am very disappointed.
Fine Asian dine in and take out, staffs are extremely cordial. They make dishes as per your taste liking. Looking forward to again and again
