This is the worst Indian restaurant I've seen for one simple reason. The meals are incredibly small. The food tastes okay, but I would need to order three or four meals to fill myself and I'm a moderate eater. The server even described the food as a little of this and a little of that. Maybe the owners don't eat too much, but I need a decent sized meal.Below the owner has posted a reply in which he thinks he knows who I am and thinks he knows what I ate. He is wrong about who I am. He is wrong about what I ate. Instead of rectifying the problems with his restaurant, he is highly rude to people expressing disapproval. If he can't take constructive criticism, he should get out of a customer service business.
I just had lunch at this restaurant with my wife. First thing we noticed the front door was so dirty looks like no one clean this door from years. The lady who served the food I think she is the owner. Nice lady but the food quality is so bad . We order the cauliflower sabzi and yellow dal tadka. In daal there is nothing else then water the soup is 100 times better then daal . Gobhi sabzi was also like a vegetarian soup. Must need to improve there food quality. It show Indian food but not even close to real Indian food.
Delightful place . We love the atmosphere , the plants , the art , the food everything is just perfect . We were so happy we stopped there the other day randomly and to our surprise we got a flavour of Sabut Dana bada (deep fried fritters using tapioca pearls , potatoes and Indian spices ). Relished the same. I hope they add it to their menu . Thanks
Rude and unprofessional staff. I wish, I had read recent reviews before going there. Dear owner, this is not your home. Please dress up for work and have a professional attitude. Having your customers wait forever for greetings is not professional either. Very expensive for price and quality. Not recommended. I would recommend restraunt to learn from their reviews instead of making comments back to them. Lost customers may come back along with friend in future despite of bad food; but not with disrespect and rudeness.
Such a bad treatment with skip drivers as they are not humans.Their unprofessional and rude behaviour can be seen in the reply.I have gone to many high end restaurants, they treat everyone equally, not like you.Hope you change your attitude instead of giving me suggestions.AND LEARN SOME MANNERS TOO, IF YOU CAN.
A fine place to dine in with family. Decoration was amazing. Food was fine. I liked the samosas over there.
I don't know what's wrong with the staff there. They speak very rude. I recently visited there to order food because that restaurant is nearby my work place. When i reached there and a guy from inside came at front and showed me some review on his phone for his restaurant. Actually, that review was given by my work colleague. He had some issue with them. The guy from the restaurant asked me that is that you. I said not. He said does he work at same place as you. I said yes. Then he started behaving rude with me as it was done by me. In last, He said don't come to my restaurant again. Don't you guys know how to treat your customer. And they didn't even make my food better this time. Shame on you guys. Have some professionalism.,,

I have been eating here several times a month for a while now; the staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. Their naan is delicious and the Malai Paneer Kofta is stunning! Give it a try!
Urban Spice is a unique restaurant that offers varied home-style cuisine. There is something for everyone here: North Indian, South Indian, street food, Hakka, Indian-Chinese. Many options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. They offer items not usually found at Indian restaurants which was a treat for my family (we are of Indian origin).The icing on top was the fresh hot Jalebi that was made to order - every bite was worth the short wait.It is a small family owned business and deserves all the support that can be offered.Thanks for the memorable meal, we will definitely be back.
