coffee taste burnt like it sat on the burner for a long time. bagels are burnt and dont have more than a teaspoon of cream cheese.

Terrible listening skills, asked for a Plain Ham sandwich with just lettuce and tomatoes, got it to my wife at work and it’s slathered with Mustard and Mayo??? She had to dig half her top bun apart just to eat it. Not the first time they keep messing it up , it will also come toasted with the sides burnt when we specify not toasted. Haven’t been there in 6 months cause of the errors Til today and likely won’t be back for a meal any time soon

Came in with my two daughters for lunch. The young lady who served us was quite cold. No " Hello", just a "Are you ready yet?". No eye contact, I couldn't even tell if she was paying attention to what I was ordering while I WAS ordering. Didn't apply any discounts to our combo meals and when I asked if there were any discounts she said "The register does it automatically" without the screen showing the actual discount...which I'm pretty sure is not true because I've seen the discount come off with prior orders. Took about 15 minutes to then get the food. No "Thank you"...Kinda rude overall. Probably won't be back anytime soon.
Like some have mentioned, it's a Tims. Saying that, this place is clean and nicely managed than other Tims I have been to, and or other fast food places. A couple of long term staff I recognize have always been kind.My issue with this place is when going thru the drive thru - most of the time they talk over you when you're still trying to place an order. More often than I would like, I would end up with a different drink than what I ordered.
Stop here regularly on the way to work coffee always fresh and hot. Friendly staff are quick and efficient. Great coffee and you know, donuts!
