As an American I still appreciate and savor the Canadian delicacies that are at Tim Hortons. The habenero sandwich was actually good with a nice heat. Also you cannot beat there donuts, cold brew, and coffee. This location seemed to have very fast service and was always busy.
It's the 21st century, it's not acceptable to have your electronic systems down for more than 15 min. People don't carry cash anymore.
Customers have no idea how to use the drive through. Regularly get cut off by more "important" people in the drive thru.
Long wait, stood there for 5 minutes with no one else in line and just got ignored until I decided to leave. No very good service. Do better
15 min wait at 2pm on a Tuesday inside when nobody else is inside for 3 things is un acceptable
typical tim hortons service. Nothing much more to say since we just drop by to grab something to eat for my son. Still love their ice cap and timbits. and my son enjoyed the wrap we ordered.
Get into a argument with their staff cause they can't ring in a large iced capp right. Apparently you can't buy a iced capp with a chocolate syrup shot. Gotta get a mocha iced capp and ask for no whip which means you get charged 70 cents more even tho you don't want the whip. Then when you ask for a shot on the side you get even more attitude
I’ve spent a lot of time at this Tims doing schoolwork, and it’s pretty good as far as Tims go. Clean and polite staff, not much else you could ask for. Gets a bit crazy during the day during the school year though with all the SIAST students.
Usual Tim Horten's food fare. Hot tea and boston creme were delicious. Store very clean, counters clear and baked goods neatly and wonderfully displayed. Plenty of parking along east side but a nuisance accessing from 33 st east bound. Overall, a lovely tea break.
I was there less then 20 minutes ago...I asked for a ham and cheddar no tomatoes...I received a beef and cheddar with tomatoe...I tried to bring it up with the staff and they closed the window on me...If that's the kind of staff you have for late night then you might as well shut down...no one is going to come for terrible service...not even the Kelsey studentsI honestly hope you fire those workers...otherwise how will anyone think your a responsible business ? ?
