The customer service has consistently gone down hill since the last manager Karan left. The staff are not friendly like they used to be and the service is not the same!
Decent Tim Horton’s location. Good, friendly service. Good amount of seating (could be a bit cleaner). Standard Tim Horton’s food and drink quality.
Not a bad coffee/ bakery joint. Used to LOVE the blue raspberry (I believe)slushy drink they used to have. It was to die for but only had it last summer I believe. Sure do miss it. The other cold drinks are alright but nothing blows me away like the blue slushy did. The honey cruller donuts are the best, in my opinion. The old fashioned plain timbits and donuts are a waste of time. I Always order timbits without them; they’re just filler donuts.
The worst of the worst. I think staff did not want to work there. They delivered 5 wrong items, but they said "we can't deliver again". I was really upset and nobody solve this problem. 2022 Mar. 7th. I want to additionally comment about my situation. I used to order too many items from this store, because I could not change a store on the mobile. As I mentioned above, they made my items incorrectly and missed too many items. Today, I ordered 2 crables. But they made my items incorrectly. I just received 2 Sandwiches. So I complained about this, because I ordered 2 crables. But one staff, Filipino woman, said "Sandwiches' bread is more expensive than crables' one". I can't understand her mention. So what? I don't care for the price. I want to receive correct items that I ordered. Anyway, I said "if you want to change any bread, you ask me a favor before making my item incorrectly." Suddenly, she shouted to me! "Why did you always complained about everything!" (If you don't know about it, I recommend you quit!) So I said "If you make my item correctly, I will not complain about this! But you made my items incorrectly always!" In addition, I used to order black iced coffee. But this store's staff always put cream and sugar in my coffee, even if I can't digest milk. So I could not drink my coffee and they rejected to deliver a correct item to me, because they can't pay for a delivery fee! I definitely say to this store's owner, "You will have to manage your store's staff. If you don't do that, you will have to close your store. The manager never manages anybody." And then, I will never go to this store anymore, because they are always missing several items! Finally, I requested they give me full refund. But they said "we can't, you ordered on Mobile, so you will have to ask the refund on Mobile." So I had to contact Tim hortons' digital support team. And they mentioned "We don't have any authorization about the refund. So you can directly ask the refund." The staff deceived me! So I will call 9-1-1 tomorrow to get my money back. They stole my money!
Grabbed a coffee on the way out of the mall. I was wondering how fresh it would be with only a few minutes until close. I didn't have to worry...it was delicious.
Oh well for sure I can get it done by then. Thanks again bros mother for serving us through the drive through on foot. Who's knows maybe I'll be cruising with son soon. ML&R

Yes, I do have to go There for a cup of Coffee, Here and There...And Id have to say that the coffee and Doughnuts are good...But that's about it.The people that Work There are in the wrong profession.The staff are not people persons.They were abrupt towards me, They made Me feel as if I shouldn't be there..Non of them have Treated me kindly yet..I Continue to go there,Strictly For the Doughnuts.I Try Not to let their behavior bother me.Thank you,For letting me have my say.
The food and coffee is amazing but the customer service is poor. My disabled mother ordered from here and the guy taking her order audibly sighed through his mic and spoke in an annoyed tone, disrespectful towards the disabled and elderly.
Can't sit in at this location even if you are vaccinated. However can use the washroom
