Good and cheap coffee
Typical Tim Hortons, which isn't a bad thing.
Come here before my 8am class (PHSI208, anyone?) for a drink. Service is pretty good and the ladies who work there are very friendly! It gets busy and the lines get long once the day rolls on, but kind of expected in a university and by a hospital.Overall, it is a great place for a tea, but dont expect to sit inside as they removed the seating.

Waited 30 minutes for a tea biscuit toasted (ordered at 9:25). People who had ordered later than me were getting their food first, and when I brought up the wait time after 25 minutes to the manager she brushed me off and said “there’s lots of stickers to get through.” Other people who ordered around 9:25 on mobile were having problems too. Ended up leaving without my biscuit at 9:55.
Lovely to see young ones enjoying themselves.
This one serves bagels. The line is always supper long.
Best tims on campus
The good thing about this place is working hours is longer than the other Tim Hortons inside campus so you can go and have some coffee after 5 PM and also Saturdays they accept credit card and they have online ordering as well so you can order online and you don’t need to wait in that long line.Usually cookies donuts and muffins are fresh here
Quick stop for a casual coffee at a busy location. Perfect for hospital staff and visitors. Nice and quick service. Always clean despite a constant lineup.
