Service was prompt and with a smile, food tasted great and was made well. Have noticed that the drive thru has been becoming better and better quality at this location
I’m in drive thru and I get my usual coffee and donut but I add a shot of espresso this time. I pull away from the drive thru and I look at my items, I have a muffin which wasn’t a big deal I’d just go back and trade it. I come back in with coffee and donut in my hand, and the girl working drive through gets condescending with me. “What’s wrong with the coffee?? I put the espresso in myself it’s fine.”Okay, nothings wrong with the coffee, but you still gave me the wrong order. Could just be a bad day at Tim’s, I’ve worked in fast food so I’m not upset but like still man cmon
This Tims is good if you’re just grabbing a single drink to go. Even so, I’ve had some wrong orders (no big deal I’m no Karen) but I was sad to see I had only 16 Timbits in my 20 box. Figured the employee who fulfilled the order was new, but please take your time!!! I have no problem waiting for a correct order. I only found out after driving home and have no motivation to go back. Will be trying other Timmies locations near me.
Went through the drive through. They were very busy however they were very efficient and quick.
Drove through. Used points for tea and app offer for food. SCORE!
Asked for a steak and cheese bagel 3 times in a row after seeing bacon and cheese on the screen only for the employee taking the order to tell me she put it in. To no one's surprise it was indeed a bacon and cheese bagel along with a sad Boston cream donut with all of the glaze shed along the bag. No bag at the drive thru as well as I get handed 5 items one by one.
The service and all is okay, but what I find disgusting is that there are flies in the restaurant and nothing is being done about. I watched flies land on the biscuits and walking all over them. The person who makes the sandwiches stared at it and didn’t do anything. It’s honestly so gross that I couldn’t eat my breakfast sandwich I ordered.

The worst go to pick uo my mobile order at the counter they tell me to wait in line to let them know I'm here. Why have a mobile pick up line when they don't use it. I left I want my money back. Lou and Joanne tell your staff to get with the prigram
