Waited in line forever and then they were out of product I wanted...then tried to buy six donut but they were out of boxes to put them in... Not first time they were out of items I wished to purchase..will find someplace else to spend my money
Usually pretty good, but this time the cheese on the sandwhich was stale and hard as a rock.
The quality of this location has dropped. The last two times I have gotten coffee from here it had a bitter taste. The latte did not taste like a latte it tasted like burnt coffee. Go to another location.
So I go in and I say double double xl , and he accidently put in two coffees I say oh I only wanted one and he already put it in, so he does the math in his head , but he gives me a little extra because it was one of those times where a person is fluster. I was not sure if I got extra but after counting realized that and wanted to give props for that guy and how nice he was and how he gave it his best shot and I do not blame him at all actualy think it's respectful
Had an iced coffee made three times and even the manager couldn't do it. I probably sound insane but it was coming out dark brown every time instead of beige and it tasted bitter. They didn't understand what the issue was but they must have been forgetting something.
Moderately quick service. Clean restrooms. Mid afternoon only had 9 Timbits in display so couldn't grab a box of even 10
Always go here for my work breaks. Ice caps are usually always great, and I love their turkey club sandwich
