Extremely weird way to sell donuts. I said " I want several different donuts, I want to choose them, I do not like you to say NOT THAT ONE". Sure enough that is what they did. Please make your staff undetstand A CUSTOMER MAY TAKE AS MANY DONUTS OF THE KIND HE LIKES.I mean you sell them by the piece. Don't you? ????

Always a great experience at this Tim Hortons! Ice coffee is always perfect, bagels, and sandwiches always actually toated to perfection. The staff are always extremely friendly and put a smile on your face! My favourite tims in Saskatoon!

Very good experience. I got a bagel with herb and garlic and it was perfect along with my iced capp. Staff was friendly and very fast. This is how tim hortons is supposed to be experienced

Unprofessional service. He took our coffee order, filled the two cups, then proceeded to change the garbage bin bags behind the counter before putting lids on our coffee and giving them to us. Just before he put the lids on, he did wash his hands but did not dry them. He held the cups by the lids & handed them to us with wet hands. The tables were dirty. Communication with the customer was very poor.

Place was great and quiet, though their display was almost empty. but still their coffee is always fresh. I hope they offer back the classic grilled steak and cheese sw in the menu again.

Came here almost every morning. Today was the last straw. Finding egg shells in my wrap on more than one occasion, today coffee loaded with cream (due to allergies I order milk) go back to speak to the so called manager she said what do you want me to do, absolutely disgusting service don't waste your time, looks like I'll take my daily $9.39 elsewhere.

I ordered a wrap and they were trying to give me sandwich instead of wrap . When i told the guy tht i already told you to do a wrap he went to his manger and said now he need it in a wrap like he said we can't do anything take sandwich...when i argued then he went back again gave me the wrap though i already told him when i was ordering...be present on the work and listen ... worst experience...

Your store is quite dysfunctional. If you don't come through drive thru you don't exist. Stand there until they decide if they should help or not, you don't need my business.

Overall service was fine but immediately when I walked in, staff could be heard goofing off very loudly. Gave a sense of unprofessionalism right away. Then as I walked to the til and looked at the donuts, I noted the boston creams all looked very poorly done with minimal icing (photo attached). I wasn't even sure what they were right away. Their appearance turned me off from buying any donuts. And as I have seen stated in other reviews, the young lady who served me seemed to be new. The donuts appearance gave the impression who ever did them was new too. Maybe who ever is running this place needs to work on keeping staff here...

Staff are rude and they stop serving food three hours before they close. What’s the point of being open if you don’t serve anything for three hours except coffee. They had no food, no bagels, no muffins, nothing. Yet they were still open for two hours? A joke
