Coffee has had zero sugar in it the last 3 times i came here, when i ask for sugar she says that she added some when it tastes super plain. the lady who makes it doesnt know how to make coffee and should be replaced! Everything else is delicious though
came here on multiple occasions and each time, they did not make my iced coffee right. it was always plain, as if there was no sweetener and each time, i'd have to take it back to have it made properly. like don't work at TIM HORTONS if you don't know how to make a coffee
Fast service. Good food. They used to have a raspberry slushy drink last summer that i was obsessed with but they got rid of it and didn’t bring it back. Sad face about that.
Yes let's stand there for 24 minutes watching people who ordered 10 minutes after us, waiting for a tea and an iced cap. Good business, good service/s
I am not even entirely sure why I even went here. This morning staff is some of the stupidest people I have had the displeasure of having waste my time. I had to give the drive through guy my order 3 times. The girl at the windo practically threw my food at me. It's not rocket science customer service. But this has me stunned.
Their coffee is so inconsistent, everytime I get coffee from this location it tastes different. I never know what I'm getting.
This location effectively robbed me this morning. I made a purchase through the Tims app and presented to the store at the appropriate time. I was not at the wrong location, and there was no indication from the app that anything didn’t work with my order, my credit card was promptly charged and a receipt was issued. When I arrived at the store to collect my order, I was told they couldn’t find it “in their system”, so even though I had a receipt showing the details of what I had already paid for, they refused to fill my order. I was told I could “wait to see IF it shows up” but I was on my way to a meeting (where I was supposed to provide muffins) so this was not an option. I am honestly in disbelief that I would be denied my order when I had already paid, and had proof of my purchase. Why even issue receipts if they aren’t good for anything? I can only hope that after jumping through the hoops with their support people that I will be refunded in full. But this is certainly the last time I will be a Tim Hortons customer.

I have been with my friends and our kids. The kids were on a table and we were on the next. A staff member came and said someone complained about the kids noises. I wish you review the footage to see. Shame on you to come to me and said someone complain from the noises and ….” I didn’t let your employees continue and told him who complain? Why? And he said complain and then i took my kids and left. Will never come to this branch and never recommend it to anyone with children it is not family/children friendly… however, shame on you guys again… at least instead of complaining take care of the cleanliness of your store!!!! I hardly was able to drink a sip from my coffee?
