Would be better if got order right the first time.
Great for a coffee! Don't even think about getting a milk with your meal though. Started stopping at coop right after because the milk they have is always frozen, spoiled, or warm.
3/4 of my quencher drink is all ice when I requested less ice and my farmers wrap with both bacon and sausage only has sausage in it and no extra chipotle like I asked
The worker here was trully amazing, he helped us getting out food with a superb attitude, trully recommend
I was and continue to be treated with such a almost hostile manner, when I go to Tim Hortons.I have not done anything to deserve such treatment.If the coffee wasn't so good, I wouldn't go back there at all.Thank you.
Employees are worst they don’t know how to talk to their customers. As we went to drive thru and we ordered 2 different orders. The girl who was taking order was so confused while taking order and when we came to the window and wanted to add one items in our order she was so rude she don’t have any kinda sense to talk to customers.I think it’s the worst Tim Hortons to go in the town.
I noticed that my price for my daily stop has increased. It used to cost me $7.49 for a xl coffee and grill cheese, which was already too much and now its almost $10. This email is a protest to the hike of price because there is nothing else I can do.... If I reject your service, you won't care, if I tell others they may not care, and if I complain to the restaurant they may not pass it onto whoever needs to see my complaint.
The ignore one side of the drive thru when there is a line up on both sides. They are very slow to even get people their products and when you get to the window they don't even speak to you just hand you the debit machine then your items without a single word. They don't even make your order right..
Poor service. If you think you're going to beat a long drive through line by going inside to order...think again. You will stand there until you think to yourself...I should have taken the drive through. But even then, there is a lot of miscommunication at the order speaker, or they don't have this or don't have that. I have learned to always check my order before leaving because sometimes it's wrong.
On my way to work and ordered a London fog. What they gave me was cold. It’s like they just ran hot water, added almond milk, added a tea bag and gave me the cup. Not my first time at this location and they had my order wrong or it’s cold. My bad for going to this location again. I would not recommend this location at all.
