The feeling that I get is that they sell alcohol and food is secondary. And believe me the food is secondary. I had a Canadian Burger and fries. This is a burger my mom might make. You could taste the grill but not in the good BBQ way. Oddly too clean.The burger was.... As if someone decided to not offend anyone. Except taste. Boring. The steak bites and sauce was nice. But just nice. Not exceptional. Crinkle cut fries? Thanks mom.
Started off good, we came in on May long weekend and got a table right away which we were surprised by. We saw the offer to download the brew house app to receive a free garlic fingers so we did that. The food and drinks were good, the mac and cheese that you pay an extra 2.99 for was definitely not worth it. There was no flavour at all but aside from that all was well until payment. We were actively paying and as we were doing so we realized the garlic fingers were not taken off the bill. The payment completed so we had asked for either a refund on the garlic bread or a gift card for the difference. The waitress goes off and we watch her as she’s looking for a manager, from what we could tell she didn’t actually speak to anyone, she just came back to the table and said “he said no we can’t do any of that, sorry that was totally my fault but you can just bring in the bill next time and just let us know we didn’t take this off and we will do something next time” ?????? If you can do something next time why can it not be sorted out right now. I’m a little disappointed as we tipped her very well and felt we got short serviced at the end
Our server Amy was very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we got seated. She also accommodated our every request, which we appreciate greatly.Also, I could literally douse their steak sauce on every menu item. Unreal!
Went to try the taco specials. Do not waste your time or energy. The chicken was incredibly salty, the beef was cold and tasted like very old beef that was not strained of the blood. The drinks were small and very costly. 16oz Stella for $11+.Besides the food being gross and the drinks being way over priced, the service was amazing.
Monday dry ribs with honey garlic for $8.99 were yummy. The Caesars are the best I’ve ever tasted, but at $8.99, a bit hefty price for the small mug size portion.
We, Hana Nails and Spa team, came to this location to celebrate the award we received last week. With such a big group, but Amy gave us excellent service, she went above and beyond. The food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!
Went by in the summer and sat on the patio. LOVED their pario, fake grass carpet, couches, tables and swings. Didn't try out the swings, probably a good thing considering had a few drinks! Canadian brew house had a promotion if you register with their app you received a free appetizer. Will definitely being hitting up their patio this summer! Be warned though, you get hit with the afternoon sun!

I was in the Bar today and i have never seen the unprofessional response from the server and manager. They were looking awkwardly at me. Server had no talk to sense. Worst experience i had here. I ordered the garlic finger and they didn’t have it so they asked me replacement for it and i said yes. Then I thought they send me the replacement by their choice/policy and I started eating it. Then manager came to me and took away the half eaten food. Really amazed by this service really unpredictable and worst service.
Not good.Ordered take out and I tried the Brewhouse donair and let's just say, you ain't going down to flavour town. This was the second time I've eaten at Canadian Brewhouse and both times, food wise have been less than stellar.For $20+ a donair and cactus chips, that seems pretty steep. Times are tough right now but come on, look at the amount of meat that was on this bad boy (see picture).All in all, won't be going back for food. Bland, flavorless and pricey.Servers and service was all good.
