Went through drive through Sunday morning one car ahead of me, I was in drive through a total of 12 minutes which is to long especially when there is no line up.Classic Burrito was cold, Mexi Fries were NOT fresh and the Crusto's had been sitting for a while before being given to me.I still paid FULL price for all of this while feeling very unsatified with the meal.This type of experience is not just a rare occurance anymore, WHY???On a positive note, the cold large Pepsi helped wash down the cold food, thanks for that.

I love this tacotime! They are generous with taco fillings even on taco Tuesday, they are generous with hot sauce, very friendly service. The lady in drive thru even offered me an ice water! Like that's above and beyond. Was very disappointed they changed their hot sauce...it's not spicy at all anymore ?
Slow drive thru, I was the 4th car in line and waited about 20 minutes to get my food
I always eat a beef burrito with Mexi fries deluxe and a drink of course with no tomatoes and sour cream on anything lol but it's called comfort food for a reason cause its sooo goood

Management went above and beyond to remake our order. Thank you Very much. It was very much appreciated. Picky kids I tell ya! Typically I would just come back but didn't have a vehicle to get back once we got home. Again Thank You for going out of your way to deliver it.
