Not a very friendly atmosphere. No smiles received. Glad the food was good and the only redeeming quality. Won't come here again.
haven't been to a tacobell for a while but I actually really enjoyed it! decent pricing too!
My family and I like to try out different fast food restaurants. Taco Bell was one of the good ones we ate at. We really enjoyed the burritos, they were tasty.
Loved the taco’s, at least didn’t serve me stale meat or cold one this time..
Ordered a spicy big box and the only item that was even close to warm was the fries. Called the store and they argued repeatedly that everything was hot and fresh when they served it to me (i called less than 10 minutes after i got the order in the store) the woman i spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional . I’d rather drive to the taco bell in stonebridge than go to this terrible location close to home again
No taco in a bag, no lids for their drinks, slushy machine out of order. Let's hope it's better next time.
It's taco bell. As long as you don't come in expecting restaurant service, you will be very happy choosing this fast food joint. Very clean inside, lots of workers, didn't look understaffed. Did not check the bathroom, but if the rest of the restaurant is anything to judge by, it's probably pristine.

Arrived to pick up my order which I placed through skip and arranged to pick up myself. When I arrived the restaurant was locked even though they we’re supposed to be open. I saw my order on the counter and a man sweeping up near the window, so I knocked on the window and showed him my pick up screen on the skip app.The man didn’t bother coming to the door but instead mentioned with his hands that I should use the drive through. The issue was I had walked to the restaurant and so had no car. The drive though was very busy and I didn’t want to risk walking around a bunch of cars. I pointed to the door and he opened it but wouldn’t let me in. I asked for my food and he locked the door and left me standing outside in the cold. I waited for several minutes while he was doing something and saw my food had been sitting on the counter likely getting cold. I saw him come from the back and start sweeping again so I banged on the window again. He heard me but refused to acknowledge me. I tried calling from my cell and nobody would pick up, it just kept ringing. So I started banging on the window and wouldn’t stop until he acknowledged me. I asked him if they could please remake the food since it had been so long. He didn’t say if they could but left me standing in the cold even longer.After several minutes and no sign of my food I left and contacted skip.Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at any restaurant. Thankfully skip refunded in full and we ordered wow pizza instead.
