It’s a Starbucks. You get what you get and the staff are always the best to deal with in any capacity.
There are some great staff - that's for sure. But sometimes I go in there and its more like a disco party than a cafe. It was so loud with staff and music once that they got my order wrong three times because they couldn't hear me - and were just really in my space and overly excited. I had planned to do some work and spend some time - but it was uncomfortable.

The staff Jessica is not friendly at all. We ordered 2 matcha latte but all we received is matcha with water
When I visit there I was made fun of by girl Jessica. She took my order and then go to Spenser and laugh in front of me that she not understand me. English not my first language. I hear what sounded like Spenser saying her not talk bad hawl customers while they wait. Shame on Jessica. Thank you Spenser. Have good day.
While Every Restaurant in Saskatoon is doing indoor dining in a safely manner.These guys are special for closing doors even for pickups.The signage outside should say Only Drive thru not just "Drive Thru is open".Used to be able to just order on the app & pickup.If the owner is reading this, not everyone own a vehicle Sir/Mam.
Very friendly staff but honestly continues to be the least efficient/slowest when it comes to service. Perhaps something to look into with management...even when there aren’t that many customers it seems to take minimum 15 mins for a drink inside. Drive thru is worse.
