Drinks are always great. However the drive through tends to be quite slow and backed up most days.
There was no one in line ahead of me or behind me and it took them almost 20 min to get me my order. All I wanted was two medium drinks and they even got my order wrong. Shawty service.
Over the past week I've not had a great customer experiencew at this location. Either my order is wrong, cold or missing, it's gotten to the point I am not stopping here anymore. For what I pay for coffe, it should the best and it's not.
Workers don't seem to know how to make the drinks. Ordered a drink that came with whip and sprinkles and was told it did not ? even though ALL the photos, ingredients and descriptions show whip and sprinkles.
Would be faster to use app and order in advance. It’s busy and so is drive thru. However, having said that, I don’t see any obvious inefficiencies inside.
Just went and ordered an iced chai tea latte with pumpkin cold foam and Carmel drizzle, after the barista confirmed my order with mr 3 times, I still revived the wrong order ..
The wait time here is probably the worst in my experience. You could have the same amount of cars lined up elsewhere yet they seem to move a lot quicker but here it could take roughly 25 minutes sometimes since the time you line up..Other than that I have had no bitter experiences here..

Good! Lots of options. Drive-thru always very busy.
Stonebridge is always a crapshoot for lineups but the staff is always great and drinks are consistent.
