I usually have good time coming here in the morning because they are nice to me and have good customer service skills.

They leave items out of my mobile order every single time, after making me wait too long. They make me ask again and finally toss me my pastry, cold and lifeless in its plastic wrap. They ignore everyone except the SUV’s in the drive-thru.
They always make me a great Matcha Green Tea Frapp.
This isn't my regular Starbucks, but I come to this location whenever I'm in the area. Fast, efficient and my order is always correct and very tasty!
Great team of people. I work at a store nearby and order coffee there quite often. Prompt, have a great circulation of work flow, and they are super friendly.Preston Crossing mall should really add a lane to their drive thru, behind the Booster Juice/Tommy Gunn/Press'd/SaskTel strip, because the drive thru inside the parking lot sadly interferes with the flow of the overall parking lot; I'm sure this solution could skyrocket the morale of the customers and especially the staff.But like I said. Great set of people. High five.

Been coming here ever morning for a month now order a flat white every morning. No consistancy flat whites has little to no foam, that's the point of a flat white but some days there is no foam others there is like 2 inches of foam. This morning there was 2 inches and i asked them what they made me cause there was so much foam and asked for a flat white. They took it back and gave me the exact same thing 2 inches of foam, i have a job to get to so couldn't get it re made. At this point I'm just getting ripped off every morning so tims gets my buissnes.
It's a Starbucks. Holds up to the standard you know at all the others, very friendly staff. The drive thru queue can take forever at times though.
