Love the drinks here, but do not love Carol. Called their location, to ask a simple question on if they had a specific cup in stock, and was responded with "you can come in and check". I will be going out of my way to avoid this location, as its not the first rude encounter I've had. Save yourself the stress and go further up the street to the other 8th street location.
If Carol is working, don't go. She is cold, always looks angry, and makes you feel like an intruder. If you change your mind while ordering, she will be very unpleased.

I was there today at 8:10am and ordered 2 drink. One was totally wrong, it was to be a soy iced vanilla latte. When I took it back the Cashier argued with me. Did not offer another drink. I left unsatisfied, left the incorrect drink. The Cashier rude!
