This a great pick-up-and-go location, but I would not drop in here for extended periods. There are comfier locations.
My daily addiction, roasted to perfection. The location is perfect and part of my lunch routine.
This location has a nice ambience however, the matcha was not it. The powder was also not mixed all the way so you clearly see tiny chunks floating in your drink.I could make better at home?
Worst customer service and quality ever . We have been regular customers there for so long . They made horrible drinks then i come to tell them about that they made them even worse . Even the manager does not know how to make their drinks , wont go back , you lost our business forever .
I ordered a Grande Pike Place at 1527, store # 47372.This is the first time that I received a watered down version from Starbucks ever. Not happy ?

I love this shop. I come here all the time to work. When I first started coming here on a regular basis a couple months ago, staff were very professional and went above and beyond to keep the place clean. Lately it seems like they have quite a bit of new staff, who are very nice and welcoming, but the bathrooms have been disgusting every time I'm here now. I'm not a review writer but having to deal with this so many times prompted me to write.
This Starbucks location have some issue with staffing. Everytime I ordered mobile pickup not only is not ready at the time it said, sometime I have wait extra for 10-15 mins for the order to be done. Today I orders again know is not on time. Mobile app said ready by 11:05am, I was there at 11:16am, not ready until 11:26am. Starbucks please deal with staffing in this location is always like this and waiting time are getting worst. People are walking out frustrated without a drink because of long wait
I could literally drive to another location across the city and still be served faster than the time it takes these guys to turn around a pour a black coffee.
Service was horrible today. Waited 23 minutes for a coffee and banana bread and when I went to ask about myborder they didn’t have any of the coffee I ordered. They were rude about it. Won’t go back.
