Yesterday I was having bad day and decided to get myself a Starbucks to make me feel better. I drive up to give my order and when asked what I wanted, I told the barista to make me something iced and sweet, because I was having a bad day and was on my way to work. And gosh did they deliver! Connor (the barista) understand the assignment! I was given a grande iced white mocha, with sweet vanilla cold foam and two pumps of raspberry syrup. And this drink was divine!! It tasted like a combo of cotton candy and a raspberry filled chocolate. It 100% made my day!! So, thank you very much Connor and the other baristas at this location, you all are wonderful!

It is difficult to rate this place because the dine in was closed. Not so much that it was closed but the way the parking lot was set up made it hard to enter the drive thru without seeming to budge/cut the line. The service was very quick and the customer service was excellent. The beverages were delicious and well prepared with a lot of whipped cream.

I ordered a Matcha latte. I was delicious. I wish it was a little bit hotter as I was looking for a warm drink. The service was very fast and friendly. I'll definitely be back.
I came at the drive thru at around 9:40pm to 9:50pm ish at oct 31st 2021 and had a mobile order. Caramel crunch ribbon and another frapp. They served me the caramel crunch ribbon full of caramel syrup outside the cup. I asked the lady nicely if she could wipe down outside of my cup because its dirty and gave it back to me with STILL! CARAMEL SYRUP OUTSIDE MY CUP!So then i just nodded my head and asked the other drive thru girl to give me a napkin and just wipe it down myself and they just continued to watch me sitting in the drive thru wiping down my cup and not even offering for help for their bad service.Gladly talked to kate about my complain and handled it well. Unfortunately couldnt get the other girl employees name that served my drink… thanks to the filipina that gave me the napkin, at least she was nice to hand the napkin to me.
