Good food and good service!
We had dinner at tThe Scarlett and were very pleased with the menu and the food and service were exceptional. We loved the patio with the river view making the dining experience very wonderful!
Very, very good drinks and food. Two at our table got the steak and loved it! Recommend. ð
Everything was good. Except we weee out in the corner so it was hard for some of us to see the river. Next to us was a table of ten or so which was very noisy .we being seniors couldn’t hear anything but the waitress moved us and all was good.
Hi there, We booked the table in advance but still have to wait at the enterance. I have called 2 times to book but no one responded. I booked online but I was restricted to max 5 people. It feels like you dont want people to do bookings The server didnt come and ask how we are. I wanted to refill but no one asked. I have to literally asked other server to call our server so we can pay and leave.
If I could give a negative review I would. The hostess was rude. Put a family with a baby by the window and not even ask if we would like the blinds down. Didn't even tell us who our server was. Then with 6 empty tables available she was telling families with kids that there is a wait list and no room. Very rudely. The server we had was barely around. Over all the food was ok. Lost my appetite after I heard what the hostess was doing. Empty tables and people waiting. Horrible. The staff need to be trained properly. So instead of eating in the restaurant families are forced to eat in their room for extra cost. Trying to squeeze more money out of customers.
Seems to be a bit of decline of quality of some dishes. Example - sauce for salmon missing, pack if seasoning, greasy battered fish. Wonderful 100% nachos though! Confusion regarding drink ingredients and lack of ingredients to provide a menu option
Food was terrible, had a party of 4 and every meal and both appetizers were poorly cooked. Ordered calamari and it was so undercooked had to send it back, it was obvious they re cooked my order which is extremely un sanitary. My partner ordered the salmon which came out with zero sauce on it. Friend ordered the chicken Alfredo which was satsless and also dry. My ceaser salad lacked dressing. For a restaurant in a higher end hotel its very disappointing definitely never going there again and recommend you don't either.
Delicious food. Can’t wait for warmer weather so we can come back and eat on the patio.
Excellent place for lunch with a business acquaintance. Bright seating along windows , fast service , food quick to arrive and lots of choices on the menu. Good value for the money. Definitely recommend.
