I was just visiting Vancouver and this place was round the corner from my hotel so thought I’d try it out. Went in and started talking to the owner, he invited me into the kitchen to watch him make the pizza. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about good pizza. I ordered the pesto one and when I bit into it I can honestly say I’ve never had pizza like that before. The base was just super crispy. Lots of cheese too and the pesto sauce had lots of flavours.
The reason for my lowest score possible, reflects telephone communication. Had the phone call to place an order went smoothly. The order would fees my family ages 11 to 73 , I am truly at a loss. I have not tasted Santa Lucia Pizza, I heard the tv,radio advertisements and was super excited to order here. Finally.I've been reading feedback on here. The answer seems to be, talk to the manager. My thoughts are , why isn't the manager answering phones and making orders and packing utensils.
Pizza was under cooked, cheese wasn’t melted in the middle. Cheese was not browned in any way. And it was cold by the time I got it. Assuming it was once hot. Once I broiled it myself it was decent.Order came right when they said it would.Dry ribs were good.Hopefully someone just had an off night.I did not talk to a manager. By they time I got the food I just wanted to eat and go to bed. If you would like I can gladly call and talk to a manager? I am not trying to get anything, just trying to give constructive criticism.
They should ask your address even if you are doing pickup. Tasted burnt.

We ordered our food for delivery, food was cold and we asked for forks as were staying in a hotel, lasagna is hard to eat without forks, they didn't send anythingTotally unimpressed with quality and service
We tried for 3 hours to order pizza today, nobody answered phone and when we finally managed to place an order online I received 5 emails in a span of 24 minutes each saying we had been charged then credited because our order couldn't be processed. Went elsewhere and had service immediately.
I love the sesame seeds on the pizza crust! The pizza is so flavorful too!! I go there all the time!
The first time i ordered from here it was good that was about 3 months ago. Now i ordered from there today not only was it 25 min late but when i received the pizza it wasnt freash it was cold and gross never again!!!!
