Our server was not very knowledgeable and kept referring to us as dear. Not appreciated. The food was ok, but not great and not very hot.

Service was pretty good! I will say for the Z burger, just do one patty instead of 2 small ones. I understand "height" but it's not necessary here, just one patty staff. Also make your own onion rings, the taste of Cavendish is all over these, takes 30 seconds and the appreciation wall be forever. Lastly, fries were kinda soggy, which if it sat in the window for a bit, I get, all good. I'd do 3.7 since whole numbers are rookie but overall decent place. To have Mount crushmore on tap blew me away. Much love.
This review is based on my server Shayna: she went above & beyond my expectations and made the experience a great one. she was a sweetheart and ensured our needs were met with a smile. very friendly, very professional! The drinks were pretty tasty as was the appy's we had and it was generally a laid back atmosphere. all of the staff seems to get along which is nice to see.
I had the ahi tuna salad and it was excellent. The banana burrito….not so much. I would like to remind the chef that if you use an extremely over ripe banana, covering it with a deep fried burrito , whipped cream, ice cream and caramel sauce definitely makes it edible, but does not make the banana itself any less gross.
Our server did not come around to check on our meal at all after dropping it off. The food was all cold, and our starter soup was served at the same time as the meal. The manager took our plates and took our payment. We only got compensated 5$
Usually we have wonderful experiences at Rock Creek. Hoping this visit was a one-time thing - After being seated, we waited for what felt like a long time to get our drinks and have our order taken. Unfortunately, the food on two of four plates was cool when delivered to our table. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
Arrived and was seated at a table at 12:01 pm. Waitress came and put menus on the table at 12:04 pm. We asked if we could have brunch and she returned with breakfast menus. We ordered at 12:08 pm then received 2 glasses of water minutes later. At 12:45 pm we finally seen ghe waitress pass by for tge first time dance our order was given and asked where our meal was. She said they had large tables to cook for. We looked around and noticed the place was only 20% full, most of whom had already eaten. About 1:00 pm another table of people who arrived at 12:40 pm were served their pizza a d steak. At 1:03 pm WE LEFT! This place used to have staff who cared about their customers. I don't get it- doesn't anybody like working or do they just like getting a paycheck. Will never return. Why would we?
We were in Saskatoon visiting family a couple of weeks ago and stopped at Rock Creek for a late breakfast. My wife and I and two grandkids. They sat us right away and brought us coffees and juice for the kids. The service was very good. The food was awesome. I recommend Rock Creek Grill if you’re looking for good service and good food
My service was excellent. My food was great but I am a celiac . I am reacting to my meal . I asked all of the right questions . Why am I reacting ? Damnit . I don’t mind paying got a good meal . But not when I react to it. Lots of trace gluten in my meal . Thanks a bunch . This is what it looks like to react to gluten. I ate around 7:40 there at stone bridge. This rash will spread to the rest of my body
