if i could give negative stars i would. THERE WERE BUGS IN MY SOUP. half way through eating my noodle soup, i realized there were many bugs all throughout the bowl. when i talked to the staff abt it, she just admitted they know they have bugs and try to rinse them out, yet they still serve it. they refunded me but they still charged me for my iced coffee :(
Everything is amazing!!! I got crispy ginger beef, special fried rice, grilled beef and pork vermicellis They are not too sweet or salty and decent price as well!!!!Strongly recommend ?
WORST customer service. made a huge order for a meeting. nearly everything came so undercooked, even the noodles were crunchy. rice was cooked so far it was overdone and mushy. called and emailed to complain a few times, and third time we finally got a hold of someone who "talked to the manager". offered a small discount for next order, nothing else. with that kind of food and service, there won't be a next time
Ordered there last week with a group of people, and we made a large order.All the food came basically uncooked, except for the rice, and the Shanghai noodles (which were over cooked). We had to put everything in the microwave for a few minutes just to be able to eat some of it.Most dishes came with next to nothing for sauce. Threw most of it out.I emailed the owners with my receipt and my order issues, and called the restaurant three times before anyone even acknowledged me.I was responded with excuses, and a tiny discount on my next order. Not worth 1/3 of the amount that we had ordered worth that was wrong. Hey, we all have bad nights, but management should have fixed the issue.Times are hard enough as it is, and if you don't value your customers, and them spending their hard earned cash with you, then you don't deserve it.You lost a customer for sureSooo disappointed
They have a really good vegetarian vermicelli bowl, the veg spring rolls are awesome, and they have a veg broth alternative to fish sauce! Will be here alot!
Go there for lunch regularly, delicious Food, very nice people work there, certainly recommend!
Complemented the taste of the food and mentioned that the portions were small, which they are. Then 224 tell’s me to dine elsewhere lol. Not to worry you won’t get my returning business anymore hosers!
Great food, reasonable prices, super friendly staff. They renovated the inside and it looks great, atmosphere is warm. A group of us went last week for the first time in a couple of years and are making this our bi-weekly lunch destination.

I I ordered chicken balls well done, because I hate eating raw dough. The first order they came Raw, as in like raw bread dough raw in the centre. They kindly brought me another order, however those were also not well done they were better than the first ones oh, but they were not well done. The following day oh, I was heating up chicken balls and I cut them in half oh, I was very shocked to see that it was grey in the centre. I don't know what it is that made a grey, the chicken looked fine but the centre do going around the chicken what is definitely something you would not want to eat. I tried to contact them, and they did not answer the phone. How is that for customer service?! The sweet and sour ribs, have an odd smell and an odd taste. I don't know this could be the Vietnamese special ribs I have no idea oh, but they are not like any other restaurant. I don't know what happened to the relative of theirs that did own the place, but they're ruining his reputation.
