Service was great but the food unfortunately was not great. Pasta had a starchy taste and wasn't good. Claim chowder soup was also not good.
Went for lunch today and was completely impressed by our waiter, Shaf. He went above and beyond making our dining experience amazing, especially after finding out my daughter's bf had never tried seafood before. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also noticed him running out to open the outside doors for elderly diners which I have never seen a waiter do before.
I'm from bc, so I was curious and excited to try red lobster for the first time, and this visit at the location here in saskatoon did not disappoint me, it exceeded my expectations, the service was great, the waitress alesha who served us was very hospitable and caring, the food was AMAZING, the charcoaled smoke steaks here is better than some steak houses out there .... the seasoned lobster tail with butter was heavenly and the biscuits ...... I've never had such soft flavourful superb biscuits, I couldn't believe biscuits of this caliber existed, I will make another trip here before returning home, red lobster needs to expand to BC, it would be a gold mine
It was my first time here. Came out with 4 friends and together we spent over $120 + Tips. Food and drinks were delicious but the server (Ashley) didn't bring us the biscuits. We had to request them twice. Ashley also didn't bring my side dish (mashed potatoes with lobster) and when I requested the refund, the manager only refunded me for the lobster add-on. Disappointed in the service.
Linda is an amazing server. She was genuinely sweet, kind and very helpful. Linda made sure that my allergies were accommodated. She went above and beyond any expectations to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Linda, you helped us recover from a hard day. Thank you so much.
Our server Uzma was so great. She made us feel very welcome and took care of all the special requests. After a long time met a server who is equally kind and sweet to the kids.
Was there on Saturday night with a friend and Uzma was our server. She was very friendly and kind and made our time at Red Lobster great! She addressed all our concerns and checked up on us numerous times throughout our dining experience. Our food arrived quickly and we enjoyed it overall. We’ve been there many times before but haven’t quite received the same hospitality, and so thank you Uzma and the kind hostess working that night (unfortunately, I couldn’t grab her name) that beat the food and led me to write this review! Always my go-to place when I'm craving seafood, and I've been going for almost 20 yrs.! The food is always cooked and seasoned perfectly. The downside is the wait times can be lengthy on the weekends as they don't take reservations, but the price is comparable to your typical steakhouses.
