Food is always good when you get what you asked for. Order correctness is better than 50/50 but you should always verify your order before driving away. Often quite busy though and the weird double drive through lane is confusing at best and frustrating at worst. If you have been waiting in the straight through lane behind the building. New people coming through the parking lot assume that they should be able to zipper into the line even though they have not been waiting. Effectively allowing them to cut in.And the parking lot is just terrible.
I have ordered food from this location a few times. The food always has different quality every time I ordered it. They reheat or refry their food as well but their trick is they mixed that food with freshly made ones so we cannot identify the reheated or refried food till we taste it.. the staff sometimes in a good mood while serving you or they will not care about good customer care. I finally stopped ordering food from this restaurant because of inconsistency in the quality of the food and services.
I ordered a four piece platter with red beans and rice and I got fries instead. I politely asked the drive thru guy to change my order that was already messed up, but he was rude, never apologised, and refused to correct the mistake. They also served me old and disgusting chicken.This location used to be very good and professional and I used to come here with my sister all the time. I don't normally write reviews and I'm totally disappointed. I will never come back to this location again.
Already had a very bad experience at circle drive with the burger packaging and Yesterday bought 4pcs of chicken from 8th st location went to work and opened it looked so dark brown popeyes chicken never looked so dark brown only when the oil has not been changed & the oil smelled so bad still ate it was hungry and few moments later stomach started reacting to it felt like never buy again.
The service was quick and friendly. The food was hot and delicious! The chicken is good quality and you get nice thick tenders. This was our second visit to this restaurant and I have been pleased with it both times. We will be returning.
I ordered food yesterday but it was very bad , onion rings taste was bitter , they used old oil for fry and I asked for two dipping sauce they gave me one and cutlery was missing. Coleslaw was not good . I used to go there but I decided never go there .
I just love popeyes. To me its the alternative of KFC in a better way. I mean why not. It tastes awesome. Spacious to dine in. Warm food and customer service in this place. I would definitely recommend this place if you are Chicken lover. You can also order online and get delivered.
Best poutine. Best chicken. Great fish sandwiches when they have them. Comfortable seating area. Good stuff all around.
The chicken sandwich is crispy and delicious. Cajun fries wonderfully seasoned and pairs well with the sandwich. I must say they were gracious with the fries which was pleasant for me but may be too big a portion for others. Overall the food was delicious, service was fair, and the drive thru was a little confusing along with the layout of the parking lot that is why it loses one star.
chicken sandwiches with chicken and a bun... And I think a slice of pickle? It's the substandard that the folks at Popeyes stand by! And what, you actually expect flavour on your onion rings?! Haha. Not at these prices, Linda! No. Popeyes mission statement is first time customers only! No need for repeat business with this quality. People will keep having kids, and, like smoking, kids will have to try it! It's genius in its stupidity.
