Pizza good but the slices and ingredients were minimal. Not cooked well. Wasn't cut very well either.
An absolute GARBAGE excuse for a pizza place - didn't get what was ordered at all; pizza was missing a topping (green peppers) that was clearly advertised in the Triple Crown description. I get it, mistakes happen, and that's okay. HOWEVER, when we called to bring the issue to their attention their only excuse was that they are out of green peppers. So why didn't they call us back when we ordered to tell us that in the first place?? You have to leave a callback number when placing an order, and they should have called to say they were out of an ingredient and that we could substitute something else, or to at least let us know. $h!tty excuse. When we asked for at least a small refund for the fact they deliberately made our pizza wrong we were placed on hold for almost 15 minutes. Finally someone came back on the phone to say no discount, they could only give us a small credit for a future order. IT WAS THEIR FAULT the order was DELIBERATELY made wrong, not ours!! They can keep their tiny discount on a future order, we will NEVER order from this trashy location again.
I was in the neighborhood and called to order from here. They put me on hold but I just went inside. Fantastic! The friendly people & the FOOD!!! What do they do differently than the Lawson heights location? The wings were perfect! I will only order from there now!
Worst customer service ever!!! Two out of the three times we have ordered, our order has taken well over an hour to deliver. Repeatedly we were told they were 5 min away. They refuse to give you a refund. Do not recommend ever using their delivery service!!!
Pizza just okay. Compared to several years ago, it seems that the toppings are rather sparse.
i usually order from pizza hut but never again because the quality of food has gone so down ,the pizza sauce was dripping and the toppings were falling of the pizza and when i called to complain about the quality i was told that do whatever you want i dont care and i am not going to share any information about the manager .to be very honest the customer service of this store has gone down and the staff is arguing and fighting with the customers .
Ordered one of those triple treat box which came with two pizzas. The pizzas weren’t even cooked I called to get a refund and they refused and said they could credit me which I am not ordering from there again.
Pizza was delivered 25 minutes late. Pizza is cold and box was squished and greasy. Called company and they said driver would come get pizza. Hard to understand person on phone as they do not speak English very well. Woman on the phone refused to give her name. Asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. Asked to speak to a district manager and was given the name Shawn. No contact number was provided. Manager said she is unable to give us money back because we ordered online. Pizza is sitting on the ground outside of my house. What a waste. Pizza hut just isn't what it used to be. NEVER again.
I usually order from TJ’s , but thought I would try something different. Ordered a supreme with extra cheese. Pizza was delivered fast but had hardly any cheese, in fact three pieces had no cheese. I called them and they sent me out a new pizza. The cheese was on all the pizza this time, but I wont order from them again. There was hardly any toppings on the pizza except the cheese, some pieces had green pepper and mushroom others didn’t. Very disappointing. Will stick with TJ’s.
