I used to love coming here and it’s gone downhill. The ladies that used to work here were awesome but newer staff aren’t. When I order a menu item that has a set recipe, I expect that recipe. The staff is asking me what goes in the recipe.. I do not work here. I ordered the falafel halloumi rice bowl and there’s not even halloumi in it. I got the weirdest mix of stuff in this bowl. This is not good. I won’t be coming back. I’m not trying to be petty at all, this is just not a place that I can keep supporting.
I used to love it here. The new staff though don’t know the recipes. And the one I ordered for someone else is now wrong because they threw whatever in the bowl. And I shouldn’t even say new staff because the one person serving today has been there longer than 3 months.Save the corporate auto response email “sorry, please send us an email so we can better serve you”.Franchise owner: More training needed at this location for your staff. Train them on the ingredients and the menu, and the recipes. This isn’t subway I shouldn’t have to command exactly what I want on the meal when I ordered it as per the recipe calls for.
Waited at restaurant more than 35 minutes to get the food. Ask the employee about food another employee was saying customer first. They don't think Skip customer is their customer ?. Pick up time was 12:15 pm but got food 12.52 pm
I arrived at the store 5 minutes ago to get pita. They shut down even before and the door was open. When I get into the store and asks for the pita, guy refused to serve.I was so disappointed with customer service and I may rate negative if I could.

Always a great experience! We were regulars at this location about a year ago, but have changed jobs so don’t frequent as often as we did before. We were shocked to have the staff remember our order! Always kind, clean & delicious! Would defiantly recommend!

I love this spot. The pitas are always excellent.
Pita fell apart and had paper in the middle of it the way it was folded was very poor, ended up having to dispose it and go grab lunch somewhere else which is a shame because i came here for the healthy factor..
