a nice change up from subway! i lived in a place where there was no mr sub so it was nice to get some different stuff! i feel like their meat is a little bit better than subway! i got the assorted meat sub and was pretty impressed! would defentily go again!

Mr.Sub has a much better menu selection than other sub restaurants we've been to, service is friendly and quick.

Absolutely terrible customer service.I was there on Jan 18th for pickup.The gentleman working in the evening shift was busy with cell phone and pointed finger to a bag, I asked him is this fir my pickup, no reply.also no welcome hi hello, no thanks-goodbye.0 for customer service. Stuff need more training.

The gentleman who was working alone did a superb job. He had previous orders which he made quickly and correctly. Very friendly as well.
