You regained our business with your quick reply, and very clear values and work ethic. Changes from one star to 5!Original Post:Instead of owning a mistake your employee was aggressive, unprofessional and despicable. No one deserves how he spoke to me... He essentially treated me as "you're a woman so shut up about the problem you paid for". I was polite, until the 2nd call after he would not listen at all! Tried to reach the owners, but no call back as of yet. Skip will deal with it I guess & the repeat orders from us will cease immediately. How dare your employee behave that way. He made a mistake, but instead became demeaning, unprofessional and gross attitude. Never again!

It took forever for them to serve me cold chili that tasted like rotten trash. Otherwise godd sandwich

We like Mr Sub better than the other sub shops. This location is always clean and the staff is really friendly. The sandwiches are well made and there is no problem getting what you want.

Product is, overall, superior to Subway. Bread is fresh, ingredients crisp and appealing. Staff is courteous and friendly.
